April 27
12:23 p.m. Theft: A male broke a window in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE out of a pickup and stole a car battery, a shotgun along with another air pistol and a camera. All of the items were recovered.
April 26
4:05 p.m. Theft: A female stole jewelry and tools valued at $2,100 from her parents in the 20500 block of 81st Drive NE.
April 24
1:30 a.m. Domestic Violence: In the 21400 block of 87th Avenue NE, a male was booked into the Marysville jail for assault for domestic violence.
7:10 a.m. Theft: A car had the window smashed and a purse was stolen in the 18200 block of Greywalls Drive.
3:08 p.m. Substance: In the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE, a pill bottle containing marijuana was found.
April 23
12:25 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile female ran away from home. She was located in the 16400 block of 41st Avenue NE and returned home.
7:11 a.m. Theft: A Snohomish County truck was broken into in the 19700 block of 67th Avenue NE.
8:42 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile male ran away from the 500 block of E. Highland Drive.
11:54 a.m. Theft: A dealer license plate was stolen off a vehicle in the 6300 block of 172nd Street NE.
5:01 p.m. Accident: Two cars collided at a 4-way stop at the intersection of E. Third Street and N. Olympic Avenue.
8:10 p.m. Traffic: A female was given a criminal citation in the 20500 block of Olympic Place for failure to transfer vehicle registration within 45 days.
April 22
7:14 a.m. Vandalism: Two vehicles had the tires slashed in the 16500 block of 41st Drive NE.
9:59 a.m. Theft: A vehicle was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. It was recovered two weeks later.
12:06 p.m. Theft: A male on a bicycle took a nail gun from a job trailer at the intersection of E. First Street and N. French Avenue.
1:28 p.m. Burglary: A diamond ring valued at $4,000 was stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of 188th Street NE.
4:16 p.m. Information: A female stole beer from the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE. No charges are being made.
4:40 p.m. Domestic Violence: A juvenile male was advised that in the 3500 block of 174th Place NE charges of assault in the fourth degree would be sent to the prosecutor for assaulting his brother.
April 21
5:45 p.m. Domestic Dispute: Police responded to a domestic verbal dispute in the 20500 block of 81st Drive NE.
6 p.m. Traffic: In the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, a female was cited for driving while license was suspended.
10:02 p.m. Theft: An adult female reported to police in the 4100 block of 177th Place NE that approximately $120 was missing from her residence.
April 20
12:23 p.m. Theft: A male and female were arrested for shoplifting in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard after they fled by vehicle from the scene.
1 p.m. Substance: An adult male was issued a criminal citation in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE for possession of marijuana.
11:55 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance at the intersection of 207th Street NE and Jensen Farm Lane.
April 19
3:55 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile female ran away from her foster home in the 400 block of E. Highland Drive.
11:50 a.m. Accident: A two-car collision occurred in the 3900 block of 172nd Street NE when a driver failed to notice another vehicle in the center turn lane.
7:01 p.m. Traffic: A 17-year-old male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 16900 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
April 18
12:10 p.m. Harassment: A female reported to police that she bas been receiving harassing phone calls in the 16500 block of 41st Drive NE.
4:54 p.m. Accident: The brakes on a motorcycle locked up and the driver was thrown from the bike at the intersection of 51st Drive NE and Cemetery Road.
5:15 p.m. Accident: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE, a two-car accident occurred and one of the drivers had a suspended license.
6:02 p.m. Burglary: Three juvenile males were arrested for residential burglary in the 18600 block of Balmoral Drive.
7:48 p.m. Theft: Two bicycles were stolen from the 7600 block of E. Country Club Drive.
11:16 p.m. Disturbed Person: Police responded to the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue where someone was angry and punched a hole in the wall. Charges have been forwarded to the city prosecutor.
April 17
6:55 a.m. Alcohol Possession: Two juvenile males are being referred to the prosecutor for possession of alcohol in the 19100 block of 67th Avenue NE and making false statements to a public servant.
10:51 a.m. Accident: A driver was cited for following too closely at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 43rd Avenue NE and driving without liability insurance.
April 16
3:22 p.m. Accident: A driver failed to stop at a 4-way stop at the intersection of E. First Street and N. French Avenue and caused a two-car collision.
11:58 p.m. Theft: Two males stole two cases of beer from the 2200 block of State Route 530 NE.
April 15
8:29 a.m. Child Protective Services: Police are investigating a child protective services complaint of custodial interference in the 100 block of N. Dunham Avenue. The children were taken out of state but located.
2:18 p.m. Domestic Violence: Police were called to a domestic assault in the 4000 block of 168th Street NE. The suspect left the scene but turned himself over to police later that evening.
6:08 p.m. Domestic Violence: In the 17600 block of Osprey Road, a mother assaulted her daughter. The mother was booked into jail.
April 14
4:19 p.m. Accident: A driver was looking down and did not see traffic in front of him stop at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE. He was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
4:56 p.m. Accident: A driver did not realize traffic was stopping at the intersection of W. Division Street and N. West Avenue and was not able to stop in time causing a minor two-car accident.
April 13
6:08 p.m. Traffic: A female was operating a vehicle with cancelled license plates at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
April 12
11:51 p.m. Vehicle Theft: A vehicle was stolen from a residence in the 400 block of S. Dunham Avenue. It was recovered later in the day in Tulalip.
2:56 p.m. Fraud: A female altered a prescription and obtained more pills than prescribed from a local drugstore in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. The case was taken and was forwarded to the prosecutor.
8:06 p.m. Accident: A three-car collision occurred when a vehicle ran a red light at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
April 11
11:42 a.m. Accident: A driver was speeding and was unable to stop in time in the 18200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and struck the vehicle in front of him.
12:19 p.m. Theft: A laptop, cell phone and iPod were stolen from a vehicle in the 500 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
April 10
3:04 a.m. Theft: Aluminum slabs were stolen from a local manufacturing company at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE. The suspect was caught and criminal charges have been filed.
6:39 p.m. Mischief: Charges of malicious mischief are being forwarded on a juvenile male for painting graffiti on school walls in the 600 block of E. First Street.
8:30 p.m. Assault: Police responded to an assault with a weapon call. An adult female was issued a citation for malicious mischief in the 3800 block of 174th Place NE.
April 9
12:22 a.m. Theft: A male removed a tree after operating hours from a business in the 4700 block of State Route 530 NE. Charges were forwarded to the Snohomish County prosecutor’s office.
April 8
8:56 a.m. Child Protective Services: A seven-year-old male had a rug burn on his right shoulder and this was reported to CPS by school staff in the 7800 block of Condor Drive.
11:53 a.m. Fraud: A male wrote two checks from a fraudulent bank account in the 3100 block of Smokey Point Drive. Two vehicles and a trailer were purchased for a total of $28,292.
April 7
3:31 p.m. Accident: A large dent was found on a car when the owner returned from shopping in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue.
