Arlington Police Blotter 11/08 – 11/14

November 14
12:43 a.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 18300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for an outstanding warrant.
1:01 a.m. Assault: In the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE, a 30-year-old male was stabbed in the stomach during a fight.

November 13
10:24 a.m. Trespassing: An adult male was trespassed from a private residence in the 17300 block of 74th Drive NE.
1:11 p.m. Protection Order: A protection order was served on an adult male reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.
2:05 p.m. Trespassing: A juvenile male was trespassed from the Arlington High School in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
2:12 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 800 block of N. Broadway for outstanding warrants.
2:21 p.m. Domestic Violence: A daughter assaulted her stepmother in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE. She was booked into the Marysville jail.

November 12
12:20 a.m. Driving Under Influence: In the 500 block of N. West Avenue, a male was booked into jail for driving under the influence of alcohol.
1:56 a.m. Warrant: At the intersection of northbound I-5 at 172nd Street NE, a male was booked into jail for an outstanding warrant.
10:21 a.m. Vehicle Theft: A vehicle was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE. It was recovered the next day with the tires, wheels and stereo gone.
11:37 a.m. Disturbance: Two cars collided when one driver switched lanes into the other vehicle at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9.
11:54 a.m. Accident: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard, a driver was following too closely and caused a traffic accident.
2:51 p.m. Theft: Gas was siphoned from a Community Transit ride share van in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
8:55 p.m. Assault: In the 21100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, police were called to a domestic dispute between a father and daughter.

November 11
12:57 p.m. Traffic Violation: An elderly man was given a verbal warning for illegal parking in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
4:52 p.m. Papers Served: An anti-harassment order was served on an adult male in the 5000 block of 146th Street NE.

November 10
12:08 a.m. Warrant: A male was taken to jail from the 8000 block of 200th Street NE for an outstanding warrant.
1:19 a.m. Accident: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 8000 block of 207th Street NE in addition to being cited for no liability insurance and driving with wheels off of the roadway. When he left the roadway, he overcorrected and collided into a crosswalk sign and into a beam.
1:31 a.m. Verbal Dispute: Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute between a husband and wife in the 600 block of N. Broadway.
1 p.m. Theft: A purse valued at $350 was stolen from the Volunteers of America thrift store in the 300 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
5:05 p.m. Accident: A female drove her vehicle into a legally parked vehicle in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE and left the scene. She was contacted later and agreed to pay for the damage. The parties reached a civil agreement and no charges were filed.
6:48 p.m. Substance: A citizen driving under the influence report lead to a minor in possession arrest in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE.
7:48 p.m. Warrant: A female was picked up from the 8500 block of 212th Street NE and taken to jail for outstanding warrants.
9:09 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited at the intersection of 191st Place NE and 67th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and no insurance. His vehicle was impounded since it was blocking a lane of traffic.
10:59 p.m. Disturbance: In the 900 block of E. Fourth Street, police responded to a disturbance where there was yelling and items being thrown.

November 9
8:52 a.m. Accident: A driver failed to yield at the intersection of W. Fourth Street and N. West Avenue which caused a traffic accident.
9:41 a.m. Welfare Check: Arlington Police did a welfare check on a female in the 16400 block of 41st Avenue NE who stated that she was going to ‘end it all.’
6:23 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited in the 18800 block of 67th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
7:23 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.
8:50 p.m. Substance Abuse: A juvenile male in the 17700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard had marijuana in his vehicle.
10:04 p.m. Traffic Violation: A female was cited in the 500 block of N. West Avenue for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
11:44 p.m. Warrant: A male was picked up at a local park in the 800 block of E. Fifth Street and taken to jail for an outstanding warrant.

November 8
12:57 a.m. Warrant: A male was transported to jail for outstanding warrants in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
11:41 a.m. Disturbance: A former employee came to his employer’s residence and threatened to kill him if he was not paid money owed to him. Reported in the 7200 block of Hawksview Drive.
12:31 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from a church in the 8100 block of 207th Street NE.
1:05 p.m. Abandoned Vehicle: An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 400 block of E. Gilman Avenue.
2:08 p.m. Traffic Violation: A driver was given a warning in the 4700 block of 172nd Street NE about running school bus stop lights.
3:47 p.m. Property Found: A wallet with several cards and a vehicle key was found in the 3400 block of 169th Place NE and turned into the police station.
6:26 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was given a criminal citation at the intersection of Highland Drive and State Route 9 for driving while license was suspended.
7:40 p.m. Disturbed Person: Parents called 9-1-1 because they were worried their daughter was trying to commit suicide. Reported in the 17600 block of 34th Avenue NE.
8:40 p.m. Citation: A male was given a criminal citation in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE for failure to transfer vehicle registration within 45 days.
