11:06 a.m. Assault: A male sexually assaulted his girlfriend and stole items valued at greater than $750 from her son in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Drive.
11:22 a.m. Aggressive Dog: A male and his neighbor both complained about a neighbor dog attacking their pets and child in the 20500 block of 66th Drive NE.
12:52 p.m. Burglary: Officers took a report of a burglary at a business in the 19200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. A portable DVD player, music CDs and cash were taken.
2:13 p.m. Theft: Someone broke out a car window while the car was parked in the 18500 block of 59th Avenue NE. A laptop and purse were stolen.
May 28
7:33 a.m. Vandalism: The drivers-side mirror was broken off of parked vehicle in the 500 block of N. French Avenue.
7:35 a.m. Vehicle Theft: A Toyota Camry was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 200 block of E. Fifth Street. It was recovered two days later, stripped.
10:18 a.m. Vandalism: The drivers-side mirror was smashed and broken off a parked vehicle in the 1100 block of E. Fifth Street.
3:20 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from a residence in the 700 block of Portage Street.
5:17 p.m. Accident: A driver was speeding and failed to make the curve in the road at the intersection of 188th Street NE and 47th Avenue NE. The vehicle left the road and impacted two large rocks.
May 27
1:37 p.m. Theft: A GPS, iPod, headphones and bluetooth were stolen out of a vehicle in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
4:53 p.m. Assault: A female was arrested for assault in the 400 block of S. Olympic Avenue and booked into the Marysville jail.
7:05 p.m. Vehicle Theft: A Honda Accord was stolen from the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
May 26
1:56 p.m. Accident: A driver was speeding and rear-ended the vehicle in front of her at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE.
2:51 p.m. Accident: A bicycle and vehicle collided in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard. The bike rider was not injured but both the bike and vehicle sustained damage.
4:01 p.m. Protective Custody: Two children were taken into protective custody after being abandoned at their school in the 8200 block of Eaglefield Drive.
4:29 p.m. Accident: A vehicle was stopped for traffic at the intersection of Highland Drive and State Route 9. A small white car ran into the rear-end of the vehicle and left the scene.
4:34 p.m. Theft: An air compressor and solar lights were stolen from the front of a residence in the 20900 block of 67th Drive NE.
7:56 p.m. Substance Abuse: A male was booked into jail for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver in the 20300 block of 77th Avenue NE.
9:30 p.m. Domestic Violence: A mother and daughter got into a physical fight in the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE. The mother was booked into jail for assault for domestic violence.
May 25
7 a.m. Accident: In the 19200 block of 46th Drive NE, a female drove up onto a curb, into a tree, through three fences and into a hot tub. She was cited for negligent driving, driving with license suspended and no insurance.
3:31 p.m. Property: Unclaimed items that were found in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard were turned into the police. Two iPods and two MP3 players were amoung the items.
8:58 p.m. Accident: A vehicle changed lanes and struck the vehicle in front of him at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and the I-5 northbound onramp.

12:03 a.m. Substance Abuse: Charges are being referred on a female for possession of drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of N. West Avenue. She was also cited for not having auto insurance or a valid license.
6:34 a.m. Burglary: A gate in the 100 block of W. Cox Street was lifted from its hinges and items were taken.
9:55 a.m. Theft: A laptop, GPS and iPod were stolen from a vehicle in the 17700 block of Upland Drive.
1:52 p.m. Theft: Two wood sculptures of birds in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue were stolen from a shopping cart.
2:09 p.m. Vehicle Theft: A vehicle was stolen from the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
4:38 p.m. License: A female surrendered her CPL license due to a court order in the 200 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
6:16 p.m. Civil: A home was burglarized and an X-Box 360, controllers and games were stolen from the 3300 block of 177th Place NE.

12:20 a.m. Alcohol Possession: Two minors were arrested for possession of alcohol at the intersection of 188th Street NE and 59th Avenue NE.
9:09 a.m. Vandalism: In the 18200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, a juvenile family member damaged the property of another. Charges are being referred.
1:17 p.m. Accident: A driver was following too closely and rear-ended the vehicle in front of him in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE, causing that vehicle to hit the car in front of him.

4:39 a.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from the back of a pickup truck in the 100 block of E. Union Street.
8:03 p.m. DUI: A male was booked into jail for a hit-and-run accident at the intersection of Ballantrae Drive and Balmoral Drive. He could be cited for driving under the influence of alcohol pending the results of a blood analysis.
8:56 p.m. Suicide: A male stated that he was feeling suicidal in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE. Police transported him to Cascade Valley Hospital.
9:36 p.m. DUI: Police arrested a 25-year-old male at the intersection of 188th Street NE and 59th Avenue NE for physical control. He refused a breath test and was booked into jail.
May 21
6:27 p.m. Accident: A driver stated his foot slipped off the brake at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard and he rear-ended the vehicle in front of him which hit the car in front of them.
7:05 p.m. Accident: A driver was following too closely in the 17000 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and struck the vehicle in front of him.
May 20
5:42 a.m. Burglary: A vehicle was used to break through a fence in the 19200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard at a local impound yard.
11:25 a.m. Theft: A male was cited for shoplifting in the 1100 block of N. West Ave.
12:56 p.m. Medical: Arlington Police responded to a call for an adult male that was not breathing and had no pulse. CPR was performed in the 18300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
4:52 p.m. Vehicle Recovery: A vehicle stolen out of Everett was recovered in the 3000 block of 184th Place NE in Arlington.
8:01 p.m. Theft: Someone walked into an unlocked residence in the 900 block of E. First Street and stole a laptop.
10:48 p.m. Theft: A GPS unit was stolen out of a vehicle in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
May 19
7:02 a.m. Theft: A chain-link fence was cut open and four tires with rims were stolen from the 19600 block of 67th Avenue NE.
12:26 p.m. Theft: A victim had her GPS unit and stereo stolen out of her car in the 17600 block of Redhawk Drive. The GPS was pawned at a pawn shop and returned to the owner.
12:30 a.m. Theft: An adult male was cited and released for stealing two cases of beer from the 20500 block of Olympic Place. The adult male was then trespassed from the same location.

6:25 p.m. Disturbing Peace: Two males were trespassed from the 3100 block of 179th Street NE.
6:46 p.m. Suspicious person: An unknown person put superglue inside the deadbolt lock on the victims front door in the 200 block of E. Burke Avenue.
7:16 p.m. Theft: Someone forced open a gas cap on a truck in the 20200 block of 80th Avenue NE and siphoned 25 gallons of gas.
7:40 p.m. Suspended License: A male was booked into jail from the 20500 block of Olympic Place for driving while license was suspended, second degree.
8:59 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 18300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for failing to transfer the vehicle title within 45 days.
9:38 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 300 block of N. Olympic Avenue for an outstanding warrant.
10:08 p.m. Suspended License: A male was given a criminal citation at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended.
10:14 p.m. Substance: A male was arrested in the 300 block of N. Olympic Avenue for outstanding warrants and possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

11:02 a.m. Theft: A passenger window was smashed on a vehicle in the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and a purse hidden under the seat was taken.
12:23 p.m. Disturbing Peace: Police responded to the 3000 block of 188th Street NE to a verbal domestic dispute.
1:29 p.m. Theft: An iPod was stolen off a desk in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
8:04 p.m. Theft: A dachshund and a boxer were stolen from a secured fenced area in the 19500 block of Knoll Drive.
8:11 p.m. Burglary: A bass guitar was stolen from a residence in the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE.
10:29 p.m. Suspended License: A male was given a criminal citation at the intersection of Burn Road and S. Stillaguamish Avenue for driving while license was suspended.

12:26 a.m. Substance Abuse: A female was booked into jail from the 6700 block of Oakwood Place for furnishing liquor to minors and obstruction of police officers. Two males were cited for minor in possession and consumption of alcohol. The other kids at the party called their parents to pick them up.
4:48 p.m. DUI: A male was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 20100 block of 67th Avenue NE.
11:21 p.m. Vandalism: A rock was thrown through a car window in the 17700 block of W. Country Club Drive.
May 14
7:13 a.m. Theft: A purse was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
11:19 a.m. Accident: A driver rear-ended the vehicle in front of her at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 NE. She did not have a valid license or insurance. She was issued a criminal citation.
2:43 p.m. Theft: A truck had a window broken out in the 700 block of E. Highland Drive and cigarettes were stolen.
5:02 p.m. Assault: An adult female struck her caregiver several times at the intersection of 67th Avenue NE and Lebanon Street while she was driving. The caregiver does not want to press charges.
5:35 p.m. Accident: A driver was speeding and failed to stop in time at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard and collided with the car in front of him. He was cited for speeding and having a suspended license.

9:10 a.m. Fraud: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a credit card was used in Kansas and Illinois without the owners authorization.
6:07 p.m. Theft: A female left her window down and went for a walk at the airport trail in the 4300 block of 188th Street NE. When she returned, her purse was gone.
May 12
7:33 a.m. Theft: A flatbed trailer was stolen in the 3800 block of 172nd Street NE in Arlington. It was recovered in Granite Falls.
1:55 p.m. Accident: A driver was cited for following too closely in the 3900 block of 172nd Street NE, causing a rear-end collision.
6:27 p.m. Theft: A stereo was stolen out of a vehicle in the 400 block of N. Alcazar Street.
11:40 p.m. Weapon: A male was cited in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE for possession of a dangerous weapon.
May 11
4:02 p.m. Theft: A truck was broken into and a radar detector and two wallets were stolen in the 300 block of S. Olympic Avenue.
4:06 p.m. Accident: A two-vehicle collision occurred at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard in Arlington. The causing vehicle fled the scene and the driver was arrested by Mount Vernon police.

1:36 p.m. Vandalism: The windshield on a van was broken by an unknown object in the 100 block of S. Dunham Avenue.
1:59 p.m. Theft: A man dropped his wallet and another man picked it up and took off from the 7600 block of 204th Street NE. The wallet and contents were not recovered.
2:57 p.m. Accident: A vehicle rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9. There were no injuries.
7:32 p.m. Harassment: A female in the 3200 block of Smokey Point Drive, received threatening text messages from an unknown person.

12:52 p.m. Accident: A driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed into some mailboxes in the 18500 block of Woodbine Drive.
10:10 p.m. Violation: A man was in violation of a no contact order by calling his ex-wife’s cell phone in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.

11:56 a.m. Theft: An iPod was stolen out of a classroom in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
6:04 p.m. Theft: A wallet was stolen from a classroom in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
May 2
12:13 a.m. Burglary: A female came home in the 6200 block of 188th Street NE from shopping to discover her safe was taken containing all of her prescription medication.

4:46 a.m. Theft: Two juvenile males stole beer from a store in the 2300 block of State Route 530 NE.
10:04 p.m. Property Found: A wallet was found and turned into the Arlington Police Department in the 100 block of E. Third Street. The owner was notified and the wallet was returned.
April 30
4:07 p.m. Accident: A semi-tractor and trailer struck a railroad crossing arm as the arm was coming down and broke it off in the 6600 block of 172nd Street NE. The train was coming, the lights were flashing and the bells were ringing. The driver of the semi-tractor failed to stop and was pulled over and given a criminal citation.
8:57 p.m. Accident: A vehicle was side-swiped by another car at the intersection of Highland Drive and S. Stillaguamish Avenue. The driver of the car took off.
9:12 p.m. Disturbance: Police responded to a verbal dispute in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE between a male and female.
9:16 p.m. Trespassing: A male was trespassed from the Arlington Soccer Dome in the 19800 block of 74th Avenue NE.
11:48 p.m. Vandalism: An ex-boyfriend vandalized his ex-girlfriends home in the 300 block of S. Dunham Avenue.
April 27
5:05 p.m. Theft: Two males and one female entered a store in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue and took several cases of Red Bull cans and then fled the scene after being confronted by an employee.
8:54 p.m. Disturbance: Police were called to a disturbance between a mother an son in the 400 block of E. Gilman Avenue. The son went to a friends house so he could cool down.
9:46 p.m. Accident: A driver was following too closely and struck the car in front of her in the 200 block of W. Division Street. She was issued a ticket.

4:05 p.m. Theft: A female stole jewelry and tools valued at $2,100 from her parents in the 20500 block of 81st Drive NE.
April 24
1:30 a.m. Domestic Violence: In the 21400 block of 87th Avenue NE, a male was booked into the Marysville jail for assault for domestic violence.
7:10 a.m. Theft: A car had the window smashed and a purse was stolen in the 18200 block of Greywalls Drive.
3:08 p.m. Substance: In the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE, a pill bottle containing marijuana was found.
April 23
12:25 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile female ran away from home. She was located in the 16400 block of 41st Avenue NE and returned home.
7:11 a.m. Theft: A Snohomish County truck was broken into in the 19700 block of 67th Avenue NE.
8:42 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile male ran away from the 500 block of E. Highland Drive.
11:54 a.m. Theft: A dealer license plate was stolen off a vehicle in the 6300 block of 172nd Street NE.
5:01 p.m. Accident: Two cars collided at a 4-way stop at the intersection of E. Third Street and N. Olympic Avenue.
8:10 p.m. Traffic: A female was given a criminal citation in the 20500 block of Olympic Place for failure to transfer vehicle registration within 45 days.
April 22
7:14 a.m. Vandalism: Two vehicles had the tires slashed in the 16500 block of 41st Drive NE.
9:59 a.m. Theft: A vehicle was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. It was recovered two weeks later.
12:06 p.m. Theft: A male on a bicycle took a nail gun from a job trailer at the intersection of E. First Street and N. French Avenue.
1:28 p.m. Burglary: A diamond ring valued at $4,000 was stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of 188th Street NE.
4:16 p.m. Information: A female stole beer from the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE. No charges are being made.
4:40 p.m. Domestic Violence: A juvenile male was advised that in the 3500 block of 174th Place NE charges of assault in the fourth degree would be sent to the prosecutor for assaulting his brother.
April 21
5:45 p.m. Domestic Dispute: Police responded to a domestic verbal dispute in the 20500 block of 81st Drive NE.
6 p.m. Traffic: In the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, a female was cited for driving while license was suspended.
10:02 p.m. Theft: An adult female reported to police in the 4100 block of 177th Place NE that approximately $120 was missing from her residence.
April 20
12:23 p.m. Theft: A male and female were arrested for shoplifting in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard after they fled by vehicle from the scene.
1 p.m. Substance: An adult male was issued a criminal citation in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE for possession of marijuana.
11:55 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance at the intersection of 207th Street NE and Jensen Farm Lane.
April 19
3:55 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile female ran away from her foster home in the 400 block of E. Highland Drive.
11:50 a.m. Accident: A two-car collision occurred in the 3900 block of 172nd Street NE when a driver failed to notice another vehicle in the center turn lane.
7:01 p.m. Traffic: A 17-year-old male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 16900 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
April 18
12:10 p.m. Harassment: A female reported to police that she bas been receiving harassing phone calls in the 16500 block of 41st Drive NE.
4:54 p.m. Accident: The brakes on a motorcycle locked up and the driver was thrown from the bike at the intersection of 51st Drive NE and Cemetery Road.
5:15 p.m. Accident: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE, a two-car accident occurred and one of the drivers had a suspended license.
6:02 p.m. Burglary: Three juvenile males were arrested for residential burglary in the 18600 block of Balmoral Drive.
7:48 p.m. Theft: Two bicycles were stolen from the 7600 block of E. Country Club Drive.
11:16 p.m. Disturbed Person: Police responded to the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue where someone was angry and punched a hole in the wall. Charges have been forwarded to the city prosecutor.
April 17
6:55 a.m. Alcohol Possession: Two juvenile males are being referred to the prosecutor for possession of alcohol in the 19100 block of 67th Avenue NE and making false statements to a public servant.
10:51 a.m. Accident: A driver was cited for following too closely at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 43rd Avenue NE and driving without liability insurance.
April 16
3:22 p.m. Accident: A driver failed to stop at a 4-way stop at the intersection of E. First Street and N. French Avenue and caused a two-car collision.
11:58 p.m. Theft: Two males stole two cases of beer from the 2200 block of State Route 530 NE.
April 15
8:29 a.m. Child Protective Services: Police are investigating a child protective services complaint of custodial interference in the 100 block of N. Dunham Avenue. The children were taken out of state but located.
2:18 p.m. Domestic Violence: Police were called to a domestic assault in the 4000 block of 168th Street NE. The suspect left the scene but turned himself over to police later that evening.
6:08 p.m. Domestic Violence: In the 17600 block of Osprey Road, a mother assaulted her daughter. The mother was booked into jail.
April 14
4:19 p.m. Accident: A driver was looking down and did not see traffic in front of him stop at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE. He was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
4:56 p.m. Accident: A driver did not realize traffic was stopping at the intersection of W. Division Street and N. West Avenue and was not able to stop in time causing a minor two-car accident.

9:25 a.m. Domestic: A brother reported her brother punched her in the face while driving him home from work in the 20600 block of 61st Avenue NE. He was arrested for domestic violence.
7:57 p.m. Theft: A vehicle was broken into in a parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE. The ignition was tampered with but nothing was taken.
11:43 p.m. Vandalism: A trucks tire was slashed in the 17700 block of W. Country Club Drive and the air was let out of another tire while parked at a residence.

2:19 p.m. Vandalism: The bolts to a gate had been cut and the gate was open at a local recycling center in the 18900 block of 66th Avenue NE. No items were missing but a forklift belonging to a neighboring business had been moved into their yard.
3:59 p.m. Harassment: A man filed an informational report about a co-worker who made threats against him and his wife in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

11:23 a.m. Traffic: A driver drove past a school bus in the 6200 block of 200th Place NE while the red lights were flashing and the stop paddle was out. The driver was mailed a ticket.
5:27 p.m. Property: An airsoft target was found in the 3000 block of 188th Street NE.
6:02 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 43rd Avenue NE for operating a vehicle without his required ignition interlock.
8:31 p.m. Domestic Violence: A 43-year-old female was arrested for assault for domestic violence in the 19700 block of 49th Avenue NE for assaulting her boyfriend and his mother.

11:35 a.m. Accident: A school bus driver stopped at the railroad tracks in the 200 block of Lebanon Street and the vehicle behind her failed to stop in time and collided into the back of the bus. There were no students on the bus at the time.

7:29 a.m. Theft: A vehicle that was parked in the 18300 block of Champions Drive had the drivers side window smashed.
10:17 a.m. Fraud: Someone used a debit card in the 20500 block of Olympic Place that did not belong to them and purchased items valued at $261.12.
2:53 p.m. Accident: A vehicle was damaged while parked in a parking lot in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
3:36 p.m. Accident: A driver was speeding and failed to stop in time at the intersection of 177th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard and collided into the rear of another vehicle which propelled into the vehicle in front of them.

10:12 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: An intoxicated female was inside a store in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE theatening the employees. The female was arrested for disorderly conduct.

1:39 a.m. Disturbance: Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 100 block of N. Gifford Avenue. The female at the residence stated that she wanted to go to the hospital because she was suicidal.
9:44 a.m. Vehicle Recovery: A vehicle stolen in Tulalip was recovered in Arlington in the 18200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

10:07 a.m. Theft: A man set his Sony reader book down while at a fast food restaurant in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE and someone took it and fled the location.
10:42 a.m. Theft: A driver pumped gas in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, then left without paying.
12:19 p.m. Leash Law Violation: Police received two complaints in one day about two aggressive dogs running loose in the neighborhood in the 19300 block of 45th Drive NE. The owner of the dogs was issued a ticket for violation of the leash law.
4:30 p.m. Burglary: A roommate went to a home she had been evicted from in the 18400 block of Woodbine Drive and took items from the garage.
9:04 p.m. Assault: Police transported a female at the intersection of 175th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard that was possible suicidal to the hospital.

1:32 a.m. Fraud: A male was suspected of passing a forged twenty dollar bill in the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
