11:37 a.m. Accident: A two-car collision at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9
was caused by failing to yield to oncoming traffic.
December 8
3:34 a.m. Traffic: A juvenile was stopped for driving without a license at the intersection of 136th Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:44 a.m. Assault: Police responded to the report of an assault in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
9:21 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile female ran away from home. Reported in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
11:27 a.m. Mischief: Police took a report of harassing phone calls in the 3800 block of 172nd Street NE followed by malicious mischief.
12:09 p.m. Theft: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a package was stolen off a porch.
1:26 p.m. Accident: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 59th Avenue NE, a two-car collision was caused by following too close.
1:47 p.m. Money Found: A man found some money in a supermarket parking lot in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.
3:47 p.m. Vehicle Theft: Someone attempted to steal two vehicles in the 18600 block of 59th Drive NE. The ignition was damaged but nothing was stolen.
7:13 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended, failure to transfer title and no insurance at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 27th Avenue NE.
7:46 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited in the 100 block of S. Olympic Avenue for driving while license was suspended and for not having liability insurance.
7:51 p.m. Domestic Violence: A male pushed his girlfriend down in the 19400 block of 45th Drive NE. He was booked into jail for assault and possession of drug paraphernalia.
December 7
3:24 p.m. Theft: The drivers seat was stolen from a vehicle parked in the owners driveway in the 18500 block of Woodlands Way.
7:55 p.m. Warrant: A female was booked into jail from the 3500 block of 176th Place NE for an outstanding warrant.
8:55 p.m. Theft: A female took a vehicle from the intersection of 168th Place NE and 41st Drive NE without the owners permission. Criminal charges are being referred to the prosecutor.
10:41 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 2300 block of State Route 530 for driving while license was suspended, failure to transfer title and no insurance.
December 6
1:35 a.m. Disturbing Peace: Police were called to a domestic dispute in the 20600 block of 61st Avenue NE.
1:56 a.m. Vehicle Theft: A vehicle was stolen from a parking lot in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE.
2:32 a.m. DUI: A male was arrested from the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for driving under the influence of alcohol.
6:10 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile male ran away from home from the 20700 block of Olympic Place.
8:30 p.m. Traffic: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and State Route 9.
8:55 p.m. Domestic Violence: A 30-year-old male was arrested for kicking in the door of his apartment and shoving his girlfriend into the wall of their apartment while they argued with one another in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
11:58 p.m. Accident: Two males were involved in a rollover accident at the intersection of Smokey Point Boulevard and State Route 530.
December 5
3:52 a.m. Traffic: A male was issued a citation at the intersection of Dike Road and State Route 530 for driving while license was suspended, second degree and for operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock. He was also booked into jail for driving under the influence of alcohol.
9:18 a.m. Violation: Police responded to a call about two people sleeping in a vehicle that did not belong to them. The female had been reported as a runaway.
11:04 a.m. Theft: A vehicle window was broken out in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE while parked in a grocery store parking lot. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
6:58 p.m. Mischief: A male damaged a kitchen window and a vehicle window in the 20200 block of 46th Avenue NE. He was transported to the Marysville jail for booking on malicious mischief third-degree domestic violence.
9:05 p.m. Domestic Dispute: Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute in the 8000 block of 172nd Place NE.
December 4
12:37 a.m. Domestic Dispute: Police responded to a local hotel for a possible domestic dispute in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Drive.
9:15 a.m. Trespassing: A man came into the police station to report that an unknown person entered his fenced backyard in the 200 block of E. Highland Drive.
10:59 a.m. Trespassing: In the 300 block of E. Highland Drive, trespass papers were served.
1:35 p.m. Domestic Violence: A male assaulted his girlfriend in the 700 block of N. Broadway and was booked into the Marysville jail.
1:51 p.m. Domestic Dispute: Police were called to a verbal domestic dispute in the 3500 block of 184th Place NE.
4:08 p.m. Traffic: A school bus driver reported a vehicle that drove through a stop paddle in the 3500 block of 176th Place NE.
4:19 p.m. Burglary: An unoccupied house was broken into in the 500 block of E. Gilman Avenue.
10:10 p.m. Warrant: In the 2500 block of State Route 530, a male was booked into jail for outstanding warrants and traffic conditions.
11:31 p.m. Violation: A female was cited at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 for driving without a drivers license or any identification.
December 3
3:26 p.m. Theft: In the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, during the course of shopping, a females purse was taken from her cart.
11:09 p.m. Verbal Dispute: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 3000 block of 188th Street NE..

9:53 a.m. Runaway: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a juvenile male ran away from home.
12:46 p.m. Fraud: In the 200 block of E. Burke Street, a check was forged.
12:58 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from a backyard in the 6100 block of 206th Street NE.
5:04 p.m. Accident: A vehicle that was parked in a parking lot in the 3400 block of 172nd Street NE was damaged. No note was left.
8:30 p.m. Traffic: A man was cited in the 500 block of N. West Avenue for driving while license is suspended and no liability insurance.
9:41 p.m. Shoplifting: A runaway male juvenile was caught stealing a bottle of pop from a local supermarket in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
December 1
5:14 a.m. Malicious behavior: A truck in the 500 block of E. Gilman Avenue had the drivers side window broken by an unknown object.
5:41 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile male ran away from home from the 19900 block of 51st Drive NE. He returned to his father’s the next day.
8:48 a.m. Protection Papers: Arlington police served protection orders in the 300 block of S. Hamlin Drive.
6:45 p.m. Dispute: Police were called to a verbal dispute between a father and son in the 17600 block of Osprey Road. The father was concerned it would escalate to violence between them.
8:16 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE.
8:41 p.m. Traffic: A male was booked into jail from the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard, for refusing to cooperate with an officer, driving while license was suspended, cancelled license plates, no insurance and switched vehicle tabs. He also had an outstanding warrant.
10:59 p.m. Protection Order: Police served an order for protection in the 20300 block of 67th Avenue NE.
10:59 p.m. Warrant: A man was booked into jail from the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for numerous outstanding warrants.

8:17 a.m. Accident: Someone hit and damaged some mailboxes in the 3200 block of 180th Street NE.
12:20 p.m. Accident: A vehicle hit a pedestrian while backing up in the 500 block of N. Olympic Avenue. The pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk and declined any medical aid.

5:23 p.m. Accident: A two-car collision at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard caused by failure to yield to oncoming traffic turning left.
December 2
5:40 a.m. Accident: Three-car collision at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE caused by driving too fast for conditions.
November 30
1:46 p.m. Accident: A two-car collision occurred at the intersection of 27th Avenue NE and State Route 530, east of 27th Avenue NE. Collision caused by following too closely.
5:19 p.m. Accident: A two-car collision occurred at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 caused by driving too fast for conditions.

2:09 a.m. Property: Found bicycle in the street in the 600 block of N. Alcazar Street.
9:54 p.m. Accident: A two-car collision occurred in a parking lot in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
November 26
12:49 a.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE.
6:30 a.m. Domestic Violence: A male broke his ex-girlfriend’s car window out with his fist while she was in the car in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
7 a.m. Property: Money was found in the Twin Ponds parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
10:37 a.m. Vehicle Theft: A Pathfinder was stolen in Arlington and recovered later the same day in Arlington in the 100 block of N. French Avenue.
11:09 a.m. Vehicle Recovery: A vehicle stolen out of Everett was located in Arlington in the 500 block of E. Second Street. A large truck toolbox and various small tools were located in the vehicle that did not belong to the owner.
November 25
1:38 a.m. Warrant: A male was taken to jail for outstanding warrants in the 100 block of E. Third Street.
7:25 a.m. Abandoned vehicle: An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 6300 block of 172nd Street NE. The vehicle was totally stripped and there was no license or VIN number.
9:57 a.m. Abandoned vehicle: An abandoned vehicle was impounded from the 3500 block of 186th Place NE.
10:10 a.m. Fraud: Someone passed a counterfeit $10 bill to a clerk attendant at the 76 gas station in the 2300 block of State Route 530.
2:06 p.m. Paper: Police served an order for protection in the 20700 block of 62nd Avenue NE.
4:01 p.m. Traffic: A vehicle ran a school bus stop paddle at the intersection of 208th Street NE and 66th Avenue NE.
10:28 p.m. Traffic: At the intersection of 188th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE, a male was issued a criminal citation for driving while license was suspended.
11:12 p.m. Trespassing: A male was served no trespass orders in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
November 24
3:12 p.m. Assault: A juvenile male was pushed down by an adult male in the 3200 block of 180th Street NE who proceeded to steal his skates.
6:14 p.m. Disturbance: Police were called to a verbal domestic violence in the 17500 block of Osprey Road between a mother and daughter.
November 23
1:10 a.m. Domestic Violence: Police were dispatched to a dispute in the 4000 block of 167th Street NE between a male and his mother-in-law.
10:04 a.m. Assault: Police responded to the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard for an assault.
2:20 p.m. Theft: A purse was stolen from a car parked in a grocery store parking lot. Reported in teh 100 block of E. Third Street.
3:15 p.m. Accident: A male was cited for hit-and-run property damage in the 16800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard after he hit an icebox when he left the espresso stand.
3:49 p.m. Suicide Watch: Police were called to the 8500 block of 212th Street NE to an attempted suicide.
3:59 p.m. Accident: Police were called to the intersection of 204th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE to a two-car collision caused by improper lane travel.
7:59 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for driving while license was suspended, no insurance and expired license tabs.
9:16 p.m. Vehicle Recovery: Arlington Police recovered a car stolen in Stanwood from the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
November 22
12:50 a.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 100 block of N. Dunham Avenue for outstanding warrants.
4:43 p.m. Illegal Weapon: A male was pulled over in the 3800 block of 188th Street NE for driving without headlights on when required. Upon contact a hunting rifle was seen in the backseat. The male had a protection order in the system with Brady restrictions. The rifle was taken for safe keeping and the driver was advised that charges would be referred to the prosecutor’s office.
5:35 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 3000 block of State Route 530 for driving while license was suspended and speeding.
6:48 p.m. Theft: CDs and body armor were stolen out of a truck in the 18500 block of Balmoral Drive. The body armor was recovered in Everett.
9:25 p.m. Disturbing Peace: A mother and daughter were arguing over the daughter visiting her dad in the 17500 block of 80th Drive NE.
10:04 p.m. Missing Person: An adult male was reported missing from the 18900 block of 43rd Drive NE. He was located the next day.

November 24
5:55 p.m. Suspicious: A bank employee was confronted by an unknown male while she was locking up the bank in the 500 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
November 21
5:20 a.m. Theft: Gas was siphoned from a vehicle during the night in the 700 block of Portage Street.
2:10 p.m. Traffic: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended, expired vehicle license and no insurance in the 2300 block of State Route 530.
November 20
4:06 a.m. Warrant: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE, a female was taken to jail for an outstanding warrant.
5:21 a.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 7900 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended, failure to transfer title within 45 days and no proof of insurance.
12:06 p.m. Vehicle Recovery: Arlington Police recovered a truck in the 5300 block of Cemetery Road stolen out of Mt. Vernon.
1:59 p.m. Fraud: In the 3000 block of 188th Street NE, a female lost her debit card and the card was used over the internet.
2:11 p.m. Property: A yellow bicycle was found in Arlington in the 8400 block of 207th Place NE. A blue and black bike was also found.
5:09 p.m. Robbery: A male had his portable PlayStation taken out of his hands and the suspects ran away from the intersection of 174th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard. The PlayStation player and game inside of it were valued at $300.
7:04 p.m. DUI: A male was booked into jail from the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard for driving while under the influence of alcohol and possession of marijuana.
9:19 p.m. Theft: A lady left her purse in an office at the Performing Arts Center in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard and it was stolen.
9:22 p.m. Traffic: A male was taken to jail from the intersection of 59th Avenue NE and State Route 530 for driving while license was suspended first degree.
November 19
12:53 a.m. Warrant: A male stopped for a traffic violation in the 500 block of N. West Avenue who was found to have a warrant out of Idaho. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
2:08 p.m. Burglary: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a vacant residence was broken into and several tools were stolen.
5:02 p.m. Fraud: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a 17-year-old male reported receiving a fake check in the mail.
8:06 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and for not having liability insurance in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:27 p.m. Traffic: A male was booked into jail from the 3500 block of 175th Place NE for driving while license was suspended.
9:02 p.m. Domestic Violence: In the 8500 block of 212th Street NE, charges for assault for domestic violence are being referred on a juvenile male.
9:28 p.m. Accident: A male who was driving under the influence of alcohol collided with a parked vehicle in the 20700 block of Olympic Place and left the scene without providing information. He was booked into the Marysville jail.
10:01 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9.
November 18
10:49 a.m. Assault: A juvenile male was arrested in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard for an assault at school.
6:07 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile male was reported as a runaway from the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE.
6:50 p.m. Burglary: A residence in the 1000 block of Park Hill Drive was burglarized and a computer and DVD player were stolen.
7:14 p.m. Theft: A purse was stolen from a room at a retirement center in the 20900 block of Olympic Place.
8:30 p.m. Traffic: A male was issued a criminal citation in the 300 block of N. McLeod Avenue for driving while license was suspended.
November 17
12:02 p.m. Assault: In the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard, three juvenile females premeditated fighting with another student and initiated a physical altercation.
3:44 p.m. Theft: A vehicle window was broken and an iPod was stolen in the 18400 block of Greenock Court.
7:02 p.m. Warrant: Police were called to a disturbance in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Drive. The male had outstanding warrants and was taken to jail.
7:23 p.m. Burglary: A resident called and reported an open window in her house in the 18000 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and noticed items were missing.
10:20 p.m. Suicide: A male called 9-1-1 to report his father sent him a suicidal text message from the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
November 16
9:49 a.m. Theft: Gas was stolen from three different daycare vehicles in the 3700 block of 168th Street NE.
10:12 a.m. Harassment: Police responded to the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard for the report of a cold assault.
11:26 a.m. Assault: Police took a report of a rape by known males to a female victim in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. The case is being investigated.
1:59 p.m. Protection Order: A male was served a court ordered protection order in the 6900 block of 204th Street NE.
2:46 p.m. Traffic: A sedan car drove through the stop paddle and red lights of a school bus in the 17200 block of 80th Drive NE.
November 15
9:44 a.m. Graffiti: Graffiti was painted on a business window and door in the 200 block of E. Burke Avenue.
11:20 p.m. Disturbance: A boyfriend and girlfriend were arguing and she blocked the door so he could not get into their residence in the 900 block of E. Fourth Street. The police were called.
November 14
1:58 a.m. Theft: Two males stole beer from a convenience store in the 2200 block of State Route 530.
2:03 a.m. Disturbance: A mother and daughter got into a verbal argument in the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE and the police were called.
9:56 a.m. Accident: A vehicle was parked in a parking lot in the 200 block of N. West Avenue. An unknown vehicle collided with the front end and left without stopping.
8:46 p.m. Warrant: A male was taken to jail from the intersection of 184th Place NE and 31st Avenue NE for outstanding warrants.

1:01 a.m. Assault: In the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE, a 30-year-old male was stabbed in the stomach during a fight.
November 13
10:24 a.m. Trespassing: An adult male was trespassed from a private residence in the 17300 block of 74th Drive NE.
1:11 p.m. Protection Order: A protection order was served on an adult male reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.
2:05 p.m. Trespassing: A juvenile male was trespassed from the Arlington High School in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
2:12 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 800 block of N. Broadway for outstanding warrants.
2:21 p.m. Domestic Violence: A daughter assaulted her stepmother in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE. She was booked into the Marysville jail.
November 12
12:20 a.m. Driving Under Influence: In the 500 block of N. West Avenue, a male was booked into jail for driving under the influence of alcohol.
1:56 a.m. Warrant: At the intersection of northbound I-5 at 172nd Street NE, a male was booked into jail for an outstanding warrant.
10:21 a.m. Vehicle Theft: A vehicle was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE. It was recovered the next day with the tires, wheels and stereo gone.
11:37 a.m. Disturbance: Two cars collided when one driver switched lanes into the other vehicle at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9.
11:54 a.m. Accident: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard, a driver was following too closely and caused a traffic accident.
2:51 p.m. Theft: Gas was siphoned from a Community Transit ride share van in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
8:55 p.m. Assault: In the 21100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, police were called to a domestic dispute between a father and daughter.
November 11
12:57 p.m. Traffic Violation: An elderly man was given a verbal warning for illegal parking in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
4:52 p.m. Papers Served: An anti-harassment order was served on an adult male in the 5000 block of 146th Street NE.
November 10
12:08 a.m. Warrant: A male was taken to jail from the 8000 block of 200th Street NE for an outstanding warrant.
1:19 a.m. Accident: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 8000 block of 207th Street NE in addition to being cited for no liability insurance and driving with wheels off of the roadway. When he left the roadway, he overcorrected and collided into a crosswalk sign and into a beam.
1:31 a.m. Verbal Dispute: Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute between a husband and wife in the 600 block of N. Broadway.
1 p.m. Theft: A purse valued at $350 was stolen from the Volunteers of America thrift store in the 300 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
5:05 p.m. Accident: A female drove her vehicle into a legally parked vehicle in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE and left the scene. She was contacted later and agreed to pay for the damage. The parties reached a civil agreement and no charges were filed.
6:48 p.m. Substance: A citizen driving under the influence report lead to a minor in possession arrest in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE.
7:48 p.m. Warrant: A female was picked up from the 8500 block of 212th Street NE and taken to jail for outstanding warrants.
9:09 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited at the intersection of 191st Place NE and 67th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and no insurance. His vehicle was impounded since it was blocking a lane of traffic.
10:59 p.m. Disturbance: In the 900 block of E. Fourth Street, police responded to a disturbance where there was yelling and items being thrown.
November 9
8:52 a.m. Accident: A driver failed to yield at the intersection of W. Fourth Street and N. West Avenue which caused a traffic accident.
9:41 a.m. Welfare Check: Arlington Police did a welfare check on a female in the 16400 block of 41st Avenue NE who stated that she was going to ‘end it all.’
6:23 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited in the 18800 block of 67th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
7:23 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.
8:50 p.m. Substance Abuse: A juvenile male in the 17700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard had marijuana in his vehicle.
10:04 p.m. Traffic Violation: A female was cited in the 500 block of N. West Avenue for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
11:44 p.m. Warrant: A male was picked up at a local park in the 800 block of E. Fifth Street and taken to jail for an outstanding warrant.
November 8
12:57 a.m. Warrant: A male was transported to jail for outstanding warrants in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
11:41 a.m. Disturbance: A former employee came to his employer’s residence and threatened to kill him if he was not paid money owed to him. Reported in the 7200 block of Hawksview Drive.
12:31 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from a church in the 8100 block of 207th Street NE.
1:05 p.m. Abandoned Vehicle: An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 400 block of E. Gilman Avenue.
2:08 p.m. Traffic Violation: A driver was given a warning in the 4700 block of 172nd Street NE about running school bus stop lights.
3:47 p.m. Property Found: A wallet with several cards and a vehicle key was found in the 3400 block of 169th Place NE and turned into the police station.
6:26 p.m. Traffic Violation: A male was given a criminal citation at the intersection of Highland Drive and State Route 9 for driving while license was suspended.
7:40 p.m. Disturbed Person: Parents called 9-1-1 because they were worried their daughter was trying to commit suicide. Reported in the 17600 block of 34th Avenue NE.
8:40 p.m. Citation: A male was given a criminal citation in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE for failure to transfer vehicle registration within 45 days.

November 7
2:12 a.m. intoxication: Officers responded to a report of a large juvenile party in the 6700 block of Oakwood Place and discovered multiple intoxicated teenagers at a home.
3:51 a.m. domestic dispute: Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute between two brothers in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE.

An officer found the male passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle still running. The subject was determined to be intoxicated and on prescription medications and was taken to Cascade Valley Hospital for a voluntary blood draw.

2:40 a.m.: driving while license was suspended: A male was given a criminal citation in the 4300 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended.
8:47 p.m.: stolen id: A male who was driving in the 5100 block of Cemetery Road while his license was suspended in a van with expired tabs and switched license plates, possessed a stolen debit card.
11:03 p.m.: domestic violence: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 17900 block of 43rd Avenue NE between a girl and her boyfriend over his ex-girlfriend.
October 12
7:49 a.m.: vehicle theft: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 20000 block of 67th Avenue NE. It had really been impounded.
10:07 a.m.: theft: The license plates belonging to a local lumber company’s truck in the 17800 block of 59th Avenue NE were found on a stolen vehicle in Mount Vernon.
12:58 p.m.: accident: A male driver was cited for speeding too fast for conditions after not being able to stop for a car that was already stopped for a light at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE and causing an accident.
8:12 p.m.: drug possession: A female was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for possession of heroin in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
October 11
12:41 a.m.: party: A male was contacted at his home after neighbors called police regarding a large party at his home in the 17400 block of Highland View Drive. Officers responded to the location and could hear loud music and voices from the location and see alcohol containers in the yard. Several people fled into the home and then refused to answer the door before the home owner eventually answered the door.
11:39 a.m.: vehicle theft: A motorcycle ignition had been tampered with in the 900 block of E. Fourth Street. A broken screwdriver was left near the scene.
7:57 p.m.: runaway: A juvenile female ran away from home from the 100 block of W. Marion Street. She returned home two days later.

12:57 A.m. domestic disturbance: Police responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 19700 block of 49th Avenue NE.
7:09 A.m. vandalism: A vehicle’s window was smashed in the 100 block of E. Highland Drive and the stereo, amp and speaker boxes were stolen.
8:21 A.m. vandalism: The back of a vehicle was gouged by possibly keys or a tool in the 6300 block of 204th Street NE.
8:23 a.m. vandalism: A vehicle was damaged on the door handle in the 7100 block of Troon Court by some type of tool. It was an attempted vehicle prowl.
8:43 A.m. vehicle towed: An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 700 block of E. First Street.
8:56 A.m. warrant: A female was booked into jail from the 400 block of S. Olympic Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.
12:46 p.m. stolen item: A lock box containing methadone was stolen out of a vehicle in the 2200 block of State Route 530.
October 9
10:59 A.m. theft: A male stole a roof nailer from a local lumber store in the 21000 block of State Route 9 valued at $530.
11:17 A.m. theft: A female left her wallet on the top of her car and left the gas station. She returned to get the wallet in the 3300 block of 172nd Street NE and it was gone.
1 P.m. disturbance: Two males verbally argued about driving problems. One male was written a citation for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of Highland Drive and S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
3:05 p.m. fraud: Someone used the numbers on a debit card in the 17800 block of Oxford Drive to withdraw over $1,500 from a bank account.
5:32 p.m. vehicle theft: A Hyundai was stolen from the owners driveway in the 400 block of E. Division Street.
5:46 p.m. vehicle theft: A Honda Civic was stolen from the 200 block of N. Stillaguamish Avenue, then recovered two days later. It was damaged but driveable.
11:18 p.m. theft: A bicycle was stolen from a front porch in the 7400 block of Oxford Drive.
11:42 p.m. accident: A single-car accident occurred when the driver was forced off of the road by an unknown driver at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE.
October 8
7:16 A.m. vehicle vandalism: A vehicle was vandalized while parked in an apartment parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
12:27 p.m. assault: A juvenile male was arrested and booked into Denny Youth Center from the 500 block of N. Alcazar Street for assault for fourth degree domestic violence for assaulting his sister.
5:37 p.m. domestic dispute: Police responded to the 18300 block of E. Country Club Drive to a verbal domestic dispute.
8:17 p.m. citation: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended and no liability insurance in the 16000 block of State Route 9.
October 7
2:30 A.m. runaway: A female juvenile ran away from home from the 18400 block of Hawksview Drive. She was located and returned home.
5:06 A.m. theft: A vehicle was broken into during the night in the 5500 block of Cemetery Road.
6:20 A.m. accident: A driver did not notice that the vehicle in front of him had stopped and rear-ended him at the intersection of Smokey Point Boulevard and State Route 530 NE. Both drivers did not have insurance.
8:11 A.m. citation: Arlington Police investigated a collision that resulted in the driver being issued a citation for driving while license was suspended in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE.
9:14 A.m. vehicle theft: A Honda was stolen from Arlington in the 100 block of N. McLeod Avenue and recovered the next day in Lynnwood.
10:50 A.m. papers served: A male was served trespass papers from the Arlington School District in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
11:28 A.m. vehicle theft: A Saturn was stolen from a parking lot in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE.
11:42 A.m. theft: An iPod touch was stolen from a car parked in the high school parking lot in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
12:14 p.m. accident: A male suffering from a medical condition crossed the center line and collided with another vehicle then swerved into a parked truck and came to a rest off of the other side of the road in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
4:29 p.m. theft: A truck was broken into and a jacket and sunglasses were stolen in the 6900 block of 204th Street NE.
8:16 p.m. warrant: A male was stopped for driving on a suspended license and had crystal methamphetamines in his pocket in the 20400 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. He also had an outstanding warrant.
October 6
1:13 A.m. property damage: A window punch and a blue plastic pen/drug pipe were found in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
11:12 A.m. accident: In the 3200 block of Smokey Point Drive, an unoccupied vehicle was struck in a parking lot.
11:25 A.m. property damage: The front window of a residence was broken and numerous plants were stolen from the 19800 block of 51st Drive NE.
3:38 p.m. traffic violation: A female was cited at the intersection of 207th Street NE and Jensen Farm Lane for driving while license was suspended and speeding in a school zone.
3:52 p.m. accident: Reported in the 8200 block of Eaglefield Drive, a bear was seen near Pioneer Elementary School and Arlington High School. Officers along with a fish and wildlife agent checked the area but were unable to locate the bear.
6:35 p.m. theft: A female had her purse stolen out of her car located in the 200 block of S. French Avenue.
7:50 p.m. domestic disturbance: Police responded to a domestic dispute between a mother and a daughter in the 17600 block of 34th Avenue NE.
October 5
5:28 P.m. accident: A driver returned to his vehicle in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue from a supermarket to find a dent in the drivers side door. A contact note was left but the phone number had been disconnected.
6 P.m. domestic violence: Reported in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, a 45-year-old female and her 52-year-old husband became involved in an argument that escalated into a hitting and kicking match. The husband prevented the wife from calling 9-1-1.
