November 2
12:24 a.m. driving while
license suspended: A male was cited in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended and failing to transfer the vehicle registration within 45 days.
9:43 a.m. disturbance: Police were called to a disturbance at a hotel in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE. Two couples were arguing about possible affairs they were having.
11:07 a.m. papers served: A male was served no trespass orders in the 300 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
11:34 a.m. theft: A laptop was stolen out of an unlocked car in the 3200 block of 179th Street NE.
1:48 p.m. papers served: Do not trespass orders were served in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
3:35 p.m. vehicle recovered: A stolen vehicle was recovered, reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

November 1
12:37 a.m. warrant: A male was booked into jail for an outstanding warrant in the 7400 block of 84th Street NE.
1:08 a.m. warrant: A male that was involved in a single car accident was arrested in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue for driving under the influence and an outstanding warrant.
7:40 a.m. traffic citation: A female was cited for driving without a valid license and no insurance at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 65th Drive NE.
4:48 p.m. assault: A female was booked into jail for assaulting her boyfriend in the 7700 block of 204th Street NE.
5:18 p.m. runaway: A 16-year-old female was reported as a runaway in the 3500 block of 187th Place NE.
6:03 p.m. disturbance: A father and a son were arguing over a cell phone and police were called in the 20700 block of Olympic Place.
7:51 p.m. accident: A male was booked into jail for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 4800 block of 196th Place NE. He was involved in a vehicle accident and took out approximately 225 feet of fencing.
9:13 p.m. driving while license suspended: A male was cited in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended, no insurance and expired tabs.
10:32 p.m. warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 500 block of N. West Avenue for an outstanding warrant.

October 31
4:22 a.m. vehicle recovery: A stolen Honda Civic was recoved in Arlington. Reported in the 400 block of E. Division Street.
9:39 a.m. burglary: A styling salon was broken into and scissors and cash were stolen in the 500 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
11:26 a.m. theft: Someone attempted to break into a vehicle during the night in the 500 block of N. French Avenue. The drivers side door lock was damaged.
2:06 p.m. theft: A car stereo was stolen out of a vehicle in the 17400 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
2:14 p.m. warrant: A female was booked into jail from the 500 block of E. Gilman Avenue for an outstanding warrant.
2:15 p.m. suspicious person: A male reported a firearm missing from his home in the 400 block of N. Olympic Avenue. The firearm was found in the owners front yard several days later.
2:20 p.m. theft: Someone entered a unlocked vehicle in the 400 block of E. Gilman Avenue and trashed the inside. A knife was left in the vehicle that did not belong to the owner.
2:51 p.m. driving while license was suspended: A male was given a criminal citation in the 21100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for driving while license was suspended.
3:12 p.m. accident: A unknown vehicle backed into another vehicle in the 300 block of N. West Avenue damaging the side.
5:52 p.m. accident: A driver backed into a parked car in the 17500 block of Ironwood Street while backing out of his driveway.
8:33 p.m. driving under the influence: A male was booked into jail from the 3500 block of State Route 531 for not having physical control of his vehicle.
9:17 p.m. assault: A male was booked into Marysville jail from the 6500 block of 206th Place NE for assault for domestic violence.
10:24 p.m. driving under the influence: Police arrested a 50-year-old male in the 6800 block of 172nd Street NE for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was also cited for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.

October 30
4:25 a.m. SUSPICIOUS PERSON: A female reported that her 17-year-old son heard and saw someone trying to open his bedroom window at 4:25 a.m. in the 1000 block of Park Hill Drive.
2:54 p.m. domestic violence: A male was arrested for assault for domestic violence in the 6900 block of Upland Drive.
2:56 p.m. vehicle theft: A Toyota pickup was stolen from the 400 block of N. Olympic Avenue and recovered the next day.

October 29
8:34 a.m. theft: Prescription medications were stolen from a victim in the 100 block of E. Gilman Avenue. The suspect is known to the victim and charges are being forwarded.
10:23 a.m. vehicle theft: A pickup truck was stolen in Arlington from the 19700 block of 60th Avenue NE and recovered in Snohomish.
1:07 p.m. warrant: A male was stopped for a traffic violation in the 20600 block of 67th Avenue NE. He had five outstanding warrants and was transported to jail.
1:55 p.m. theft: Computer equipment was stolen from a residence. Report was given in the 100 block of E. Third Street.
2:11 p.m. shoplifting: A female was arrested for shoplifting wine from Safeway in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
4:20 p.m. accident: In the 20500 block of Olympic Place, two cars collided in a parking lot.
5 p.m. burglary: The locking mechanism to a window in the 19600 block of Peak Place was damaged. A neighbor scared the suspect away.
7:11 p.m. suicide attempt: Police responded to a suicide
attempt in the 500 block of E. Third Street.

October 28
12:59 a.m. vehicle recovery:  Police recovered a stolen vehicle in the 9900 block of 200th Street NE. Two suspects were also located.
12:27 p.m. shoplifting: A male was caught by security in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE for shoplifting and placed in custody. He was issued a criminal citation and a court date for third-degree theft.
12:40 p.m. accident: A parked vehicle was hit by another vehicle in a supermarket parking lot in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.
2:11 p.m. traffic violation: A female with an instruction permit was given a verbal warning for failing to stop for a school bus when the stop paddle was out and red lights were flashing in the 4700 block of 172nd Street NE.
1:47 p.m. trespassing: A male was served a trespass warning from a local business in the 3400 block of 172nd Street NE.
2:40 p.m. accident: A driver was following too closely and hit the vehicle in front of her in the 21000 block of State Route 9. The driver was also cited for having a passenger when she had an intermediate license.
3:52 p.m. assault: The report of an assault was made at the intersection of 175th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard. Investigation found one 18-year-old male assaulted two younger males at different locations.
6:34 p.m. accident: A 51-year-old male was processed for driving under the influence in the 17700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard after he rear-ended a vehicle stopped for traffic.
7:32 p.m. protection order violation: Police were notified of a violation of a protection order in the 6800 block of 188th Street NE. A criminal citation was sent to the subject.
11:51 p.m. substance abuse: Police officers were dispatched to a call of two subjects in a vehicle possibly doing drugs and found two juvenile males smoking cigars. Reported in the 6200 block of 207th Street NE.

October 27
3:01 p.m. accident: A vehicle failed to yield the right-of-way to an oncoming car in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE and caused a collision.
3:35 p.m. theft: The locking gas cap was damaged and gas was siphoned from a community transit carpool van in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
3:59 p.m. accident: At the intersection of 174th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard, a driver switched lanes and struck a horse trailer then another vehicle. The driver was cited.
4:57 p.m. shoplifting: A male was caught stealing steak from a supermarket in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue.
6:12 p.m. traffic violation: A male was booked into jail from the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for driving while license was suspended and for failing to transfer his vehicle registration within 45 days.
8:17 p.m. traffic violation: A female was cited in the 2700 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.
8:44 p.m. traffic violation: A female was cited at the intersection of 188th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and for having defective headlamps.
10:43 p.m. vehicle theft: A male and a female were arrested in the 8000 block of 200th Street NE for possession of a stolen vehicle.

October 26
7:21 p.m. driving under the influence: At the intersection of Highland Drive and State Route 9, police recommended that a driver be sent for re-examination due to his hazardous driving.
8:35 p.m. registered sex offender: A registered sex offender has failed to register his new living address. Reported in the 18300 block of 31st Avenue NE. The case is being referred to the county prosecutor.

October 25
2:15 a.m. shoplifting: Three males were arrested for shoplifting beer from Safeway in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
3:49 a.m. substance abuse: A 20-year-old male was issued a citation in the 4100 block of 175th Place NE for minor in possession/consumption and for furnishing alcohol to minors after the police responded to an out of control party at his home.

October 27
6:12 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked on a warrant in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

October 26
8:39 a.m. Abandoned vehicle: A truck was  impounded after being abandoned in the 20500 block of Burn Road.

October 25
12:48 a.m. Noise: A woman was cited for a noise ordinance violation in the 18600 block of E. Country Club Drive after being warned for having loud music and the officers had to return again later for the same offense.
10:51 a.m. Failure of title transfer: A female was cited in the 3200 block of 172nd Street NE, for failure to transfer vehicle registration in time.
3:19 p.m. Accident: A male was cited in the 20700 block of Olympic Place for reckless driving after he rolled his vehicle taking a corner too fast.
10:29 p.m. failure of title transfer: A female was cited in the 500 block of N. West Avenue, for failure to transfer vehicle registration in time.

October 24
1:35 a.m. Disorderly conduct: An adult male was booked into jail for disorderly conduct after producing a hunting knife and cutting a window screen of a home he was at in the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE.
10:49 a.m. Vandalism: Someone sprayed grafitti on a fence in the 17600 block of 38th Drive NE.
11:50 a.m. Fraud: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a male turned in a $10 bill that he had received and suspected that it was counterfit.
1:31 p.m. Driving intoxicated: At the intersection of W. Third Street and N. West Avenue, a male was given a criminal citation for driving while license was suspended and his vehicle was impounded.
5:15 p.m. Accident: At the intersection of 211th Place NE and 67th Avenue NE, a male on a motorcycle was cited for failing to keep right of the centerline after colliding with a stopped vehicle.

October 23
8:20 a.m. Theft: A vehicle was broken into and a stereo and iPod were stolen from the 200 block of E. Fifth Street.
8:22 a.m. Theft: A Honda Civic was stolen from the 900 block of E. First Street. It was recovered later the same day.
8:24 a.m. Theft: A vehicle that was parked in a hotel parking lot in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE, was broken into and a speaker was stolen.
8:44 a.m. Driving while license was suspended: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance at the intersection of 49th Avenue NE and Cemetery Road. She was given a mandatory court appearance date.
9:48 a.m. Theft: A vehicle was broken into in the 700 block of N. Broadway and a wallet and a set of tools were taken in the.
10:28 a.m. Suspicious drug activity: Neighbors reported that they are concerned that a neighbor is selling and using drugs in the 700 block of N. Broadway.
10:56 a.m. Theft: A vehicle was broken into and the stereo was stolen in the 400 block of N. McLeod Avenue.
12:36 p.m. Traffic violation: At the intersection of W. Fifth Street and N. West Avenue, a male driver was cited for driving while license was suspended, no proof of insurance and for having a missing front license plate.
3:51 p.m. Theft: A vehicle was broken into and the registration and some mail were taken from the 300 block of N. Dunham Avenue.
4:38 p.m. Runaway returned: A female runaway was returned home only to leave again as soon as the police were out of sight in the 20200 block of 80th Avenue NE.
5:06 p.m. Child investigation: Two juvenile-aged males were refusing to go home with their mother in the 19100 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard. One of the juvenile males didn’t want to go home because he does not like his mother’s boyfriend. The case is being referred to child protective services.
5:16 p.m. Accident: A male was cited for driving with no insurance and following too close after hitting a stopped vehicle at the intersection of 175th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.

October 22
3:14 a.m. Traffic violation: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and for not having insurance. Reported at the intersection of 168th Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
9:09 a.m. Vandalism: The library received grafitti in the 100 block of N. Washington Avenue.
6:37 p.m. Vandalism: Someone spraypainted grafitti on a utility trailer in the 4100 block of 177th Place NE.
6:54 p.m. Harassment: In the 18500 block of Ballantrae Drive, the respondent of an anti-harassment protection order called the petitioner.

October 21
7:29 a.m.: Vandalism: In the 3800 block of 179th Place NE, a man woke up to his car being damaged by a pumpkin sometime during the night.
7:39 a.m.: Substance abuse: Police responded to Haller Middle School in the 600 block of E. First Street, for the report of a student in possession of marijuana.
7:56 a.m.: Vehicle theft: A Nissan Pathfinder was stolen from a parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
11:22 a.m.: Trespassing: Arlington Police responded to the high school for the report of a disturbance in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard. A juvenile male is being referred to the juvenile prosecutor and trespass papers were served.

October 20
11:44 a.m.: Theft: The front license plate was stolen off a vehicle in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
2:12 p.m.: Driving while license was suspended: A female was cited in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue for driving while license was suspended and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock.
2:52 p.m.: Theft: Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street, a Honda Prelude was stolen from the parking lot of an auto repair shop.
3:41 p.m.: Suspicious activity: A male and female were seen entering a Starbucks store in the 3600 block of 172nd Street NE and the male returned a Starbucks mug which was thought to have been a stolen item.
5:29 p.m.: Noise: A female was cited in the 17300 block of Ironwood Street for a nuisance animal when her dog wouldn’t stop barking.
5:55 p.m.: Accidental shooting: A 39-year-old male accidentally shot himself in the hand while disassembling his pistol in his home in the 17500 block of 81st Drive NE.
6:27 p.m.: Shoplifting: A female was caught shoplifting from Lowe’s in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE. The case is being referred to the city prosecutor and the suspect has been trespassed from Lowe’s.

October 24
9:57 A.m. warrant: Reported at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard, an adult male was cited for driving while license was suspended and operating a vehicle without an interlock. He was also booked into jail on an outstanding warrant.

October 21
8:06 p.m. attempted suicide: An adult female was involuntarily taken to the hospital for evaluation after attempting suicide by narcotics in the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE.

October 20
10:56 A.m. child safety: An officer responded in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE to a child safety complaint.

October 19
5:34 A.m. vandalism: A vehicle was vandalized during the night in the 8400 block of 207th Place NE. The ignition was broken.
10:03 A.m. vandalism: A rear passenger window on a parked car was broken out in the 17900 block of Cambridge Drive. It was possibly caused by a golf ball. Nothing in the vehicle was missing.
11:01 A.m. theft: A pallet of wire and copper fittings and valves were stolen from a construction site in the 400 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
1:04 p.m. driving intoxicated: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and State Route 9, a male was seen by a witness driving all over the roadway and running vehicles off the roadway. An officer found the male passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle still running. The subject was determined to be intoxicated and on prescription medications and was taken to Cascade Valley Hospital for a voluntary blood draw.
2:06 p.m. fuel theft: In the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, fuel was siphoned from a Community Transit ride share van.
4:05 p.m.: fraud: A female reported in the 400 block of N. McLeod Avenue of being the victim of a fraudulent secret shopper program from out of state.
8:53 p.m. suicide threat: An adult female was taken involuntarily to the hospital for evaluation after threatening suicide.
8:55 p.m. death: An elderly man passed away in his home in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

October 18
5:39 p.m. domestic violence: Police responded to a domestic violence assault between a juvenile male and his stepdad in the 16800 block of 41st Drive NE. Police subsequently made an arrest.

October 17
12:50 A.m. vehicle theft: A Honda Accord was stolen from an apartment parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE. It was recovered a week later in Arlington.
2:16 p.m. vehicle theft: A Honda Accord was stolen then recovered the next day from the 500 block of N. McLeod Avenue.
5:39 p.m. domestic violence: Police responded to a domestic violence assault between a juvenile male and his stepdad in the 16800 block of 41st Drive NE. Police subsequently made an arrest.
8:44 p.m. domestic violence: Officers responded in the 200 block of N. Stillaguamish Avenue, to a report of a verbal dispute to find the male had left the premises and no physical assault occurred.

October 16
9:46 A.m.: drugs: Arlington Police responded to Arlington High School for the report of a student in possession of marijuana and a pipe in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
12:25 p.m.: fraud: The Arlington narcotic detection dog and officer assisted the Snohomish County Regional drug task force. Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.
1:56 p.m.: warrant: An adult female in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, was booked into jail on an outstanding warrant.
3:43 p.m.: theft: A male was arrested for third degree theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and outstanding warrants in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.
4:36 p.m.: suicide attempt: An adult female was voluntarily transported to the hospital from the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for evaluation after telling her boyfriend she took pills to end her life.
5:12 p.m.: suicide watch: An adult female was taken to the hospital for an involuntary commit for evaluation in the 3500 block of 168th Street NE.

October 15
12:42 p.m.: warrant: An adult male was booked into jail on an outstanding warrant from the 100 block of S. Olympic Avenue.
7:18 p.m.: warrant: An adult male was booked into jail on an outstanding warrant from the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:20 p.m.: theft: A vehicle that was parked in the Stilly Athletic Club parking lot was broken into in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE and a purse and clothing were stolen.

October 14
10:40 a.m.: property returned: A wallet was turned into the police station, the owner was identified and the wallet was returned to the 200 block of N. West Avenue.
11:24 A.m.: accident: In the 4100 block of 177th Place NE, a male was cited for reckless driving, no valid license and no insurance after he failed to yield and lost control of his vehicle and damaged some property.
2:12 p.m.: property found: A scooter was found outside an apartment building in the 400 block of N. Olympic Avenue.

October 13
1:25 a.m.: warrants: A male was booked into jail from the 500 block of N. West Avenue for outstanding warrants.
2:40 a.m.: driving while license was suspended: A male was given a criminal citation in the 4300 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended.
8:47 p.m.: stolen id: A male who was driving in the 5100 block of Cemetery Road while his license was suspended in a van with expired tabs and switched license plates, possessed a stolen debit card.
11:03 p.m.: domestic violence: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 17900 block of 43rd Avenue NE between a girl and her boyfriend over his ex-girlfriend.

October 12
7:49 a.m.: vehicle theft: A vehicle was reported stolen from the 20000 block of 67th Avenue NE. It had really been impounded.
10:07 a.m.: theft: The license plates belonging to a local lumber company’s truck in the 17800 block of 59th Avenue NE were found on a stolen vehicle in Mount Vernon.
12:58 p.m.: accident: A male driver was cited for speeding too fast for conditions after not being able to stop for a car that was already stopped for a light at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE and causing an accident.
8:12 p.m.: drug possession: A female was booked into the Snohomish County Jail for possession of heroin in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.

October 11
12:41 a.m.: party: A male was contacted at his home after neighbors called police regarding a large party at his home in the 17400 block of Highland View Drive. Officers responded to the location and could hear loud music and voices from the location and see alcohol containers in the yard. Several people fled into the home and then refused to answer the door before the home owner eventually answered the door.
11:39 a.m.: vehicle theft: A motorcycle ignition had been tampered with in the 900 block of E. Fourth Street. A broken screwdriver was left near the scene.
7:57 p.m.: runaway: A juvenile female ran away from home from the 100 block of W. Marion Street. She returned home two days later.

October 10
12:57 A.m. domestic disturbance: Police responded to a domestic disturbance call in the 19700 block of 49th Avenue NE.
7:09 A.m. vandalism: A vehicle’s window was smashed in the 100 block of E. Highland Drive and the stereo, amp and speaker boxes were stolen.
8:21 A.m. vandalism: The back of a vehicle was gouged by possibly keys or a tool in the 6300 block of 204th Street NE.
8:23 a.m. vandalism: A vehicle was damaged on the door handle in the 7100 block of Troon Court by some type of tool. It was an attempted vehicle prowl.
8:43 A.m. vehicle towed: An abandoned vehicle was towed from the 700 block of E. First Street.
8:56 A.m. warrant: A female was booked into jail from the 400 block of S. Olympic Avenue for possession of a controlled substance.
12:46 p.m. stolen item: A lock box containing methadone was stolen out of a vehicle in the 2200 block of State Route 530.

October 9
10:59 A.m. theft: A male stole a roof nailer from a local lumber store in the 21000 block of State Route 9 valued at $530.
11:17 A.m. theft: A female left her wallet on the top of her car and left the gas station. She returned to get the wallet in the 3300 block of 172nd Street NE and it was gone.
1 P.m. disturbance: Two males verbally argued about driving problems. One male was written a citation for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of Highland Drive and S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
3:05 p.m. fraud: Someone used the numbers on a debit card in the 17800 block of Oxford Drive to withdraw over $1,500 from a bank account.
5:32 p.m. vehicle theft: A Hyundai was stolen from the owners driveway in the 400 block of E. Division Street.
5:46 p.m. vehicle theft: A Honda Civic was stolen from the 200 block of N. Stillaguamish Avenue, then recovered two days later. It was damaged but driveable.
11:18 p.m. theft: A bicycle was stolen from a front porch in the 7400 block of Oxford Drive.
11:42 p.m. accident: A single-car accident occurred when the driver was forced off of the road by an unknown driver at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE.

October 8
7:16 A.m. vehicle vandalism: A vehicle was vandalized while parked in an apartment parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
12:27 p.m. assault: A juvenile male was arrested and booked into Denny Youth Center from the 500 block of N. Alcazar Street for assault for fourth degree domestic violence for assaulting his sister.
5:37 p.m. domestic dispute: Police responded to the 18300 block of E. Country Club Drive to a verbal domestic dispute.
8:17 p.m. citation: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended and no liability insurance in the 16000 block of State Route 9.

October 7
2:30 A.m. runaway: A female juvenile ran away from home from the 18400 block of Hawksview Drive. She was located and returned home.
5:06 A.m. theft: A vehicle was broken into during the night in the 5500 block of Cemetery Road.
6:20 A.m. accident: A driver did not notice that the vehicle in front of him had stopped and rear-ended him at the intersection of Smokey Point Boulevard and State Route 530 NE. Both drivers did not have insurance.
8:11 A.m. citation: Arlington Police investigated a collision that resulted in the driver being issued a citation for driving while license was suspended in the 4400 block of 172nd Street NE.
9:14 A.m. vehicle theft: A Honda was stolen from Arlington in the 100 block of N. McLeod Avenue and recovered the next day in Lynnwood.
10:50 A.m. papers served: A male was served trespass papers from the Arlington School District in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
11:28 A.m. vehicle theft: A Saturn was stolen from a parking lot in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE.
11:42 A.m. theft: An iPod touch was stolen from a car parked in the high school parking lot in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.

4:29 p.m. theft: A truck was broken into and a jacket and sunglasses were stolen in the 6900 block of 204th Street NE.
8:16 p.m. warrant: A male was stopped for driving on a suspended license and had crystal methamphetamines in his pocket in the 20400 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. He also had an outstanding warrant.

October 6
1:13 A.m. property damage: A window punch and a blue plastic pen/drug pipe were found in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
11:12 A.m. accident: In the 3200 block of Smokey Point Drive, an unoccupied vehicle was struck in a parking lot.
11:25 A.m. property damage: The front window of a residence was broken and numerous plants were stolen from the 19800 block of 51st Drive NE.
3:38 p.m. traffic violation: A female was cited at the intersection of 207th Street NE and Jensen Farm Lane for driving while license was suspended and speeding in a school zone.
3:52 p.m. accident: Reported in the 8200 block of Eaglefield Drive, a bear was seen near Pioneer Elementary School and Arlington High School. Officers along with a fish and wildlife agent checked the area but were unable to locate the bear.
6:35 p.m. theft: A female had her purse stolen out of her car located in the 200 block of S. French Avenue.
7:50 p.m. domestic disturbance: Police responded to a domestic dispute between a mother and a daughter in the 17600 block of 34th Avenue NE.

October 5
5:28 P.m. accident: A driver returned to his vehicle in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue from a supermarket to find a dent in the drivers side door. A contact note was left but the phone number had been disconnected.
6 P.m. domestic violence: Reported in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, a 45-year-old female and her 52-year-old husband became involved in an argument that escalated into a hitting and kicking match. The husband prevented the wife from calling 9-1-1.

10:53 A.m. traffic accident: A male ran a red light at the intersection of State Route 530 and State Route 9 and caused a three-vehicle collision.
11:34 A.m. vehicle impounded: A vehicle that was parked in a bus zone in the 18200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard was impounded.
12:10 p.m. traffic accident: A driver was following the vehicle in front of her too closely and caused a collision at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE.
12:45 p.m. shoplifting: A male shoplifted from Lowe’s in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE. He was booked into jail for theft and an outstanding warrant.
3:47 p.m. theft: In the 3100 block of 183rd Place NE, a vehicle was broken into and over $1,000 worth of items were stolen.
3:53 P.m. property violation: Three male subjects were seen coming from an apartment in the 400 block of N. Olympic Avenue after kicking in the apartment door. They were seen fleeing the scene in a white, four-door truck.
5:30 P.m. domestic dispute: Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.

2:26 A.m. driving under influence: Police arrested a 25-year-old male for driving under the influence of alcohol in the 18200 block of Woodbine Drive.
6:51 A.m. driving while license suspended: A female was given a criminal citation in the 6600 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended.
5:27 p.m. vehicle collision: Two vehicles struck each other in the 3200 block of 172nd Street NE. It was not clear who was at fault.
6:28 p.m. vehicle collision: Two vehicles crashed in the 17800 block of 59th Avenue NE through the fence of a business and left the scene.
8:12 p.m. assault: In the 20500 block of Olympic Place, a boyfriend assaulted his girlfriend and tried to take their infant because he wanted drug money.
10:06 p.m. warrant arrest: A female was taken to jail from the 400 block of N. Alcazar Street for an outstanding warrant.

4:43 A.m. domestic violence: An ex-husband pushed his ex-wife to the ground by her throat in the 6600 block of 206th Place NE. He was taken to the Marysville jail.

Police were called to a supermarket in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, for a welfare check on a delusional male that was seeing people that were not there. He was taken to Cascade Valley Hospital.

11:22 p.m. assault: A stranger assaulted a juvenile male at a local park in the 900 block of N. Broadway.
11:44 p.m. hit and run: A driver struck on illegally parked vehicle in the 17400 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and left the scene.

12:55 A.m. narcotic search: The Arlington Police department narcotic detection dog was used for some items that were thrown out a car window and suspected to be drugs.
12:36 A.m. traffic violation: A bus struck the mirror of a parked semi-truck in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
1:49 p.m. traffic violation: A driver was unable to stop in time and struck the vehicle in front of her at the intersection of State Route 530 and State Route 9.
3:12 p.m. bicycle found: A womans’ blue bicycle was found in the 5200 block of Cemetery Road.
10:29 p.m. arrest: A male was arrested in the 5800 block of 172nd Street NE for driving under the influence and a hit-and-run accident.
11:03 p.m. domestic dispute: Police responded to a domestic verbal dispute at a local hotel in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

11:01 A.m. robbery: In the 3400 block of 172nd Street NE, a male brandished a handgun and took over $4,000 from a local check cashing business.
11:21 A.m. warrant arrest: A male was transported to jail from the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for an outstanding warrant.
4 p.m. vehicle speeding: A male was cited at the intersection of Eaglefield Drive and State Route 9, for speeding in a school zone, no insurance and no valid drivers license.
4:30 p.m. child custody: Child Protection Services took custody of a child after their investigation at the intersection of 165th Place NE and 40th Avenue NE.
5:55 P.m. vandalism: A vehicle parked in a driveway in the 4400 block of 200th Street NE, was keyed causing over $1,000 in damage.
6:03 P.m. narcotics discovered: An officer found two 16-year old males smoking from a Hookah pipe in a secluded area in the 17800 block of 81st Drive NE. One of the department’s narcotics K9’s indicated that there were traces of illegal substance on the pipe.
6:32 P.m. argument: A brother and a sister got into a verbal argument in the 3500 block of 175th Place NE over money and the police were called.
8:51 P.m. man’s gun given to police: A man turned his gun into police in the 100 block of E. Third Street for safekeeping because he had been feeling distressed and did not want it in his home.
9:31 P.m. protection order: Police served protection orders in the 6200 block of 188th Street NE.

September 30
6:33 A.m. vehicle collision: A male was backing to park and failed to see the truck behind him in the 3800 block of 172nd Street NE and caused a collision.
6:34 a.m. speeding: A driver was cited at the intersection of 27th Avenue NE and State Route 530 for speeding too fast for conditions and causing a traffic accident.
8:20 A.m failure to stop for school bus: A female driver was issued a ticket for passing a stopped school bus with the red lights flashing and stop paddle out at the intersection of 191st Place NE and 45th Drive NE.
9:22 a.m. suicide attempt: Police responded to a potential suicide attempt in the 4100 block of 176th Place NE.
10:37 A.m. driving while license was suspended: A male was given a criminal citation for driving while license was suspended in the 300 block of N. Olympic Ave.
11:36 A.m. domestic violence: Reported in the 500 block of E. Gilman Avenue, a brother and sister got into a physical altercation where the brother punched and kicked the sister in the throat. Charges were referred to the prosecutor’s office.
11:44 A.m. stolen property: An iPod touch was stolen from a residence in the 900 block of E. Maple Street.
12:14 p.m. hit and run: A driver reported that an oncoming vehicle swerved and struck her vehicle then drove off. Reported in the 26300 block of 72nd Avenue NW.
5:36 p.m. airplane accident: Arlington Police responded to an airplane accident at the Arlington Airport in the 18200 block of 59th Drive NE. The male pilot was not injured.
7:23 p.m. protection order: Police served a temporary order for protection in the 200 block of S. Dunham Avenue.
8:11 p.m. shoplifting: A 17-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE. He was found to be in possession of a prescription controlled substance in a sandwich baggie that he claimed to have gotten legally.
9:54 P.m. trespassing: Two adults were trespassed from Safeway in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
10:46 p.m. vehicle swerved to avoid deer: A deer jumped in front of a car in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE and the driver swerved to avoid a collision and hit a fence pole.

September 29
3:59 A.m. arrest made: Two males were arrested in the 17300 block of 73rd Drive NE, for vehicle prowl, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property and possession of vehicle theft tools.
4:32 A.m. outstanding warrant: A male was transported to jail from the 17300 block of 73rd Drive NE for an outstanding warrant.
6:21 A.m. theft: A man left his garage door open to discover someone had helped themselves to his set of golf clubs worth $1,000 in the 16400 block of 40th Avenue NE.
9:52 A.m. stolen property: A male entered a residence in the 16400 block of Smokey Point Boulvevard and stole an X-Box 360 and 10 games.
4:05 P.m. stolen cell phone: A woman returned to her car to find that someone took her cell phone in the 3700 block of 172nd Street NE.
9:53 P.m. outstanding warrent: A female was taken to jail for an outstanding warrant in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.

11:39 A.m. stolen property: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE, a truck had a Stihl blower and climbing gear stolen out of it.
7:28 P.m. outstanding warrant: A male was picked up from the 3700 block of 172nd Street NE on an outstanding warrant and taken to county jail.
9:48 P.m. male caught: A male was stopped at the intersection of 211th Place NE and State Route 530 NE, for failing to transfer his vehicle registration within 45 days. He was cited for driving while license was suspended and taken to jail for an outstanding warrant.

September 27
12:35 A.m. noise: A woman was cited in the 8300 block of Gallery Lane for noise from a private property.
1:30 A.m. warrant: A male was taken to jail from the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE on a warrant and also cited for drug paraphernalia.
4:30 p.m. speeding: A female was instructed to pull over her vehicle for speeding in the 21000 block of 66th Drive NE. She failed to obey the command and drove off. The vehicle was located and the female was running from it. She was arrested for driving under the influence, failing to obey an officer, speeding, having expired vehicle license and not having insurance. She was booked into jail.
9:22 p.m. verbal dispute: Officers responded to a verbal dispute that originated at a gambling establishment in the 17700 block of Upland Drive.

September 25
12:23 a.m. arrest: A traffic stop resulted in a citation for driving while license was suspended and a ride to jail for five outstanding warrants.
1:26 a.m. assault: An officer responded to a local supermarket on an assault call to find that one male was trying to contain another male who had stolen beer from the store in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
1:08 p.m. dog bite: In the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE, an adult female was bit on the lower leg by a neighbors dog.
3:06 p.m. vehicle accident: A male driver fell asleep at the wheel at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 crossing the center lane and caused a three-car accident.
6:04 p.m. shoplifting: A juvenile male is being referred to the juvenile prosecutor for shoplifting from a supermarket in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.
7:47 p.m. domestic vandalism: A female damaged a window and walls of a residence she lived in with her boyfriend in the 4400 block of 200th Street NE.

September 24
10:36 P.m. property damage: Someone threw a sparkler into a citizens yard in the 19400 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard and it left minor burn damage.

September 22
4:15 P.m. assault: Two juvenile males assaulted another juvenile male in the parking lot of a local supermarket in the 3700 block of 174th Place NE. A full case report was taken.

September 20
2:15 a.m. noise complaint: An officer responded to a noise complaint in the 17700 block of 85th Avenue NE. A male was cited for nuisance noise for his party.

September 18
6:38 P.m. vehicle accident: The driver of a car made a left hand turn in front of an oncoming motorcycle at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE. The driver of the car was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic. The driver of the motorcycle was airlifted to the hospital.

September 16
8:46 a.m. stolen property: Numerous tools and scrap metal valued at around $5,000 were stolen from a local business in the 7400 block of 204th Street NE.

September 1
7:47 a.m. harassment: Police responded to a harassment that took place on the roadway at the intersection of 207th Place NE and S. Stillaguamish Avenue. There is a possible suspect and police will be doing a follow-up.

4:50 p.m: At the intersection of Highland Drive and S. Stillaguamish Avenue, someone stole an old boat with two motors attached to a trailer from private property.
5:19 p.m.: Officers responded to a residence in the 3500 block of 174th Place NE, where a man was in violation of a no contact order by being on the property of the protected person.
8:01 p.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 17700 block of Hillside Court.
10:03 p.m.: Reported in the 20700 block of Circle Bluff Drive, an adult male was taken to jail after he slapped his teenage son and punched his wife in the arm for not cooking him dinner. He was charged with assault for domestic violence.

Sept. 25
4:38 p.m.: The gas line on a truck was cut in the 6200 block of 188th Street NE and the gas was taken.
4:54 p.m.: A juvenile male was caught shoplifting beer from a convenience store in the 500 block of N. West Avenue.

6:41 a.m.: An 80-year-old male was found deceased in the 8400 block of 207th Place NE.
10:52 a.m.: A man’s mountain bike was found in the 20900 block of Olympic Place.
11:07 a.m.: A vehicle’s window was broken and a wallet, cash and CDs were taken from the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
2:10 p.m.: In the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard, a cell phone was stolen out of a bag at the high school.
7:05 p.m.: A male was approached by another male in the 20500 block of Olympic Place and asked if he wanted to purchase some marijuana.
7:47 p.m.: A woman was drinking at a local bar in the 100 block of N. Olympic Avenue and attempted to drive home. She ran into a parked car and was then transported to jail for driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Sept. 23
7:26 a.m.: A vehicle was reported stolen and recovered later that same day in the 20700 block of Olympic Place.
10:16 a.m.: A male was arrested with several felony warrants and for failure to register as required for sex offenders in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue.
1:34 p.m.: A male was arrested in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for shoplifting.
8:31 p.m.: A male was cited in the 3700 block of 176th Place NE for driving while license was suspended and for no insurance.
11:28 p.m.: In the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE, a male was trespassed.

Sept. 22
5:30 a.m.: A burglary at a local restaurant in the 3500 block of 168th Street NE occurred resulting in damage and loss of items totaling over $800.
2:39 p.m.: An adult male was arrested in the 19600 block of 63rd Avenue NE, for driving under the influence and trasported to the hospital for a blood draw.
4:41 p.m.: A three-car collision resulted when someone stopped to turn and the two cars behind her didn’t, in the 2300 block of State Route 530.
5:56 p.m.: A male rear-ended a second vehicle causing the second vehicle to slide into a third vehicle and the third vehicle to slide into a fourth vehicle, in the 2200 block of State Route 530. The second vehicle fled the location and was located later. The male who caused the collision has a suspended/revoked license and no liability insurance.

Sept. 21
1:25 p.m.: A mother reported in the 20600 block of 61st Avenue NE that her 9-year-old son was a victim of identity theft for over $500.
10:19 p.m.: Police officers located two juvenile males in the darkened parking lot of an elementary school in the 8200 block of Eaglefield Drive, with a marijuana smoking device at their feet. The two were detained for this.

Sept. 20
4:42 p.m.: An Arlington police officer observed a reckless driver northbound on I-5 at mile post 226 and notified Washington State Patrol.

Sept. 19
11:03 a.m..: Two males were fighting in the 6800 block of 188th Street NE. Both were given a criminal citation for disorderly conduct.

Sept. 18
8:23 a.m.: A stop sign was thrown through a large window at a car wash in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
12:37 p.m.: Police assisted child protection services with taking a child into protective custody in the 3900 block of 172nd Street NE.
1:08 p.m.: A judge ordered police to do a civil standby in the 8000 block of 172nd Place NE.
2:56 p.m.: At the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9, a driver made a left-hand turn in front of oncoming traffic and caused an accident. Both drivers were cited. One for failing to obey a traffic signal and violating intermediate license and the other for driving with a suspended license, no insurance and expired license tabs.

Sept. 17
1:22 p.m.: A truck pulling a boat trailer collided with a parked car in the 200 block of N. Olympic Avenue.

Sept. 15

6:21 a.m.: Police arrested a subject for possession of a stolen vehicle in the intersection of 204th Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
7:44 a.m.: A male was given a criminal citation in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE for shoplifting beer from Safeway.

11:06 p.m.: A male was booked into jail for an outstanding warrant at the intersection of 177th Place NE and 34th Avenue NE.

Sept. 17
12:35 a.m.: A male was issued a criminal citation for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of 212th Street NE and Pioneer Highway.
1:06 a.m.: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 67th Avenue NE, a male was taken to jail for outstanding warrants.
2:31 p.m.: A man and a woman were picked up from the 500 block of N. West Avenue and booked on outstanding warrants.

Sept. 16
4:20 a.m.: A Honda Accord was stolen and recovered in the same day in the 20100 block of 67th Avenue NE.
4:46 a.m.: In the 3100 block of 186th Place NE, a vehicle had its global positioning system stolen from the center console. A bag of marijuana was also found that the vehicle owner said did not belong to her.
2:48 p.m.: A female struck her female cousin in the face several times in the 20400 block of 64th Drive NE. The female was then pushed by her female cousin and then both subjects were separated by other relatives that were in the house.
4:21 p.m.: A male either lost or had his ATM card stolen at an unknown location. Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

Sept. 15
2:18 a.m.: A wife claimed that her husband pushed her down during an argument in the 8000 block of 172nd Place NE.
8 a.m.: A male shoplifted at a local supermarket in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE. He was caught and taken to jail on outstanding warrants.
12:05 p.m.: A male was taken to jail for assault in the 100 block of E. Gilman Avenue after pushing a female down in the dirt and hitting a male twice in the face. He also had an outstanding warrant for another assault.
8:47 p.m.: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance in the 6400 block of 204th Street NE.
8:55 p.m.: A 40-year-old male was arrested at the intersection of Harvey Creek and State Route 9 for driving under the influence after being stopped for crossing over the center line several times.

Sept. 14

12:51 a.m.: A citation for no valid license with no identification was issued to a juvenile male at the intersection of Crown Ridge Boulevard and Peak Place.
5:55 a.m.: A vehicle that was parked in a driveway in the 18700 block of 35th Avenue NE was left unlocked and an iPod and GPS were stolen.
9:39 a.m.: A female was issued an infraction for a leash law violation in the 19700 block of 47th Avenue NE. Her dog bit a lady walking down the street.
10:49 a.m.: A driver was stopped at the intersection of 207th Street NE and Jensen Farm Lane for having expired tabs and a defective exhaust/muffler causing the vehicle to be excessively loud. The driver was cited for driving while license was suspended, no proof of insurance, failing to transfer vehicle title within 45 days and for the defective muffler and expired tabs.
12:08 p.m.: Officers responded to a domestic call in the 500 block of N. Alcazar Street. A 16-year-old male was arrested for assaulting his mother’s boyfriend and for an outstanding warrant. He was taken to Denny Youth Center.
1:18 p.m.: A female had hydrocodone stolen from her apartment kitchen counter in the 20900 block of Olympic Place.
7:15 p.m.: A male respondent of a protection order was in violation by meeting with the female petitioner in the 3600 block of 172nd Street NE.
8:53 p.m.: At the intersection of W. Burke Avenue and N. West Avenue, a male was taken to jail for an outstanding warrant.

Sept. 13

8:33 a.m.: A male was stopped and issued a driving while license was suspended citation in the 17000 block of State Route 9. He was also taken to jail for an outstanding warrant.
10:17 a.m.: An information report was taken to document that police were contacted by an out-of-state agency on a child protective service matter that didn’t meet the requirements in our state. Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.
12:22 p.m.: A woman was taken to the hospital for an evaluation after attempting to cut her wrists in the 20200 block of 80th Avenue NE.
2:59 p.m.: An officer recovered a stolen car out of the county’s jurisdiction at the intersection of 200th Street NE and 95th Avenue NE.

Sept. 12

10:09 a.m.: A car was stolen from the 20100 block of 67th Avenue NE.
10:21 a.m.: A woman used the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal to attempt to park her vehicle resulting in her coming to a stop at the bottom of a small hill with her air bag deployed in the 100 block of E. Division Street.
12:31 p.m.: At the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard, a truck changed lanes, failed to see the motorcycle beside him and caused a collision.
4:36 p.m.: Police served an order for protection in the 19100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
5:21 p.m.: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance at the intersection of 59th Avenue NE and State Route 530.
7:19 p.m.: Police were dispatched to the 18300 block of Woodbine Drive to an unattended death.
8:35 p.m.: Police were called to an assault in progress in the 17900 block of 83rd Drive NE. Juveniles were kicking mailboxes and ripping a branch from a tree. An adult male grabbed one of the juveniles by the arm and restrained him until police arrived. He was advised to call 9-1-1 next time and to not restrain anybody.
10:50 p.m.: A male was taken to jail for an outstanding warrant from the 3500 block of 176th Place NE.

Sept. 11

4:04 p.m.: In the 600 block of Newberry Street, someone stole a backrest from a motorcycle while it was parked in the driveway.
4:39 p.m.: A vehicle was parked to get gas in the 20500 block of Olympic Place and another vehicle hit the rear quarterpanel and left the scene.
5:19 p.m.: An officer assisted the fire department with a suicidal male in the 17700 block of Hillside Court who was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
5:55 p.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute over a child custody issue in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
8:03 p.m.: In the 3400 block of 177th Place NE, a woman was cited for assault after scratching her husband because he questioned a credit card purchase.
9:41 p.m.: Two juveniles were trespassed from Safeway in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
10:24 p.m.: A juvenile female ran away from home from the 3000 block of 184th Place NE.
11:01 p.m.: An unknown person threw a golf ball in the 17900 block of Cambridge Drive and damaged a window at a residence.

Sept. 10

1:02 a.m.: A male retrieved his rifle in the 19900 block of 67th Avenue NE, after he was given false information by his worried girlfriend.
2:31 a.m.: Police responded to a verbal domestic dispute in the 316 block of W. Marion Street.
5:51 a.m.: A male was issued a criminal citation for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 71st Avenue NE.
2:34 p.m.: A juvenile male was cited for reckless driving at the intersection of Eaglefield Drive and State Route 9 for smoking his tires in a 360-degree circle and coming to a stop diagonally in the street.
2:46 p.m.: Arlington officers assisted Washington State Patrol and Snohomish County deputies on the arrest of a suspect in an occupied stolen van that had been reported involved in a carjacking. Reported at the intersection of southbound I-5 at mile post 216 near Stanwood.
3:31 p.m.: A juvenile male was trespassed from the school district property in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
7:04 p.m.: An adult female was cited in the 100 block of E. Haller Avenue for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
8:41 p.m.: Police were dispatched to the 17300 block of 79th Drive NE for a possible suicide.

Sept. 9
10:30 a.m.: Police arrested a female for an outstanding warrant at the intersection of Southbound I-5 and Island Crossing.
2:35 p.m.: An informational report was taken in the 100 block of E. Third Street on a child protective service referral.
8:44 p.m.: At the intersection of E. First Street and N. Dunham Avenue, a male was cited for driving while license was suspended, failure to transfer title and no insurance.
9:06 p.m.: A male was issued a citation for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance in the 300 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
9:56 p.m.: An X-Box 360 was taken from a residence in the 3100 block of 183rd Place NE.
11:54 p.m.: A male was cited in the 17600 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for driving while license was suspended and no vehicle insurance.

Sept. 8

12:13 p.m.: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 27th Avenue NE.
3:27 p.m.: A traffic violation occurred at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 59th Avenue NE. The driver was cited for speeding and no insurance. He was arrested for driving while license was suspended and an outstanding warrant. He was booked into the Marysville jail.
4:40 p.m.: Gas was siphoned from a ride share van in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
5:11 p.m.: A two-car collision occurred at the intersection of W. Fourth Street and N. West Avenue when a vehicle failed to yield to an oncoming vehicle.
9:58 p.m.: A juvenile male was stopped in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE for having his vehicle’s license plate light extinguished and was found to be in possession of alcohol. Two other juvenile males are also being referred to the juvenile prosecutor.

Sept. 7
4:26 a.m.: A vehicle was stolen during the evening from the intersection of 204th Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard. It was recovered early the next morning with a broken windshield and a dented fender.
11:18 a.m.: During the night someone stole the tires and wheels off a vehicle that was parked in a driveway in the 8100 block of Valley View Drive.
2:56 p.m.: A male was picked up from the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard and transported to jail for a felony warrant.

Sept. 6
8:17 a.m.: A 12-year-old boy ran away from home from the 19900 block of 51st Drive NE. He returned home later in the day.
12:32 p.m.: A case was forwarded to child protection services for investigation in the 19900 block of 51st Drive NE.
2:58 p.m.: A male made a left turn on a red light in the intersection of State Route 530 and State Route 9 and collided with a pickup truck.
5:21 p.m.: A male was issued a citation at the intersection of 211th and State Route 530 for driving while license was suspended. This is the sixth time he has been arrested for this offense. He was also issued an infraction for no insurance.

Sept. 4

10:38 a.m.: Gas was siphoned from a community transit van in the 3500 block of State Route 531.
2:11 p.m.: A man set his cell phone down in a park in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue and someone stole it.
3:06 p.m.: A male was arrested for driving while license was suspended, speeding and making false statements in the 17500 block of 59th Avenue NE.
6:20 p.m.: A male was arrested for driving while license was suspended in the 300 block of N. West Avenue.

Sept. 3

10:15 a.m.: A female came to the north precinct of the Snohomish County sheriff’s office to report that her boyfriend has been verbally and physically abusing her for the past two years. Arlington police are taking the case. Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

Sept. 2

7:36 a.m.: Someone set fire to the trash can in the mens restroom at Haller Park in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue. The walls and fixtures were damaged.
7:38 a.m.: The trash can in the women’s restroom at Terrace Park in the 900 block of E. Fifth Street was set on fire causing almost $3,000 in damage to the bathroom.

Sept. 1

10:44 p.m.: A roaming dog bit a juvenile male in the 100 block of E. Burke Avenue. The owner of the dog was issued a ticket.

3:10 a.m.: An informational report was taken on a possible runaway situation in the 3000 block of 184th Place NE.
5:43 p.m.: An officer took a male from a local fast food restaurant to jail on several warrants in the 100 block of E. Division Street.
9:22 p.m.: A male and a female were trespassed from Safeway in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.

Aug. 25
9:29 a.m.: A neighbor trespassed another neighbor from her home in the 500 block of N. High Street.
1:16 p.m.: In the 17800 block of 31st Drive NE, a juvenile male ran away and returned a couple of days later.
3:16 p.m.: A juvenile male ran away from home from the 400 block of N. Stillaguamish Avenue.
4:30 p.m.: A man was trespassed from a municipal construction zone in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue.
5:52 p.m.: A protection order was served on a male subject in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue.

Aug. 24
1:44 p.m.: A traffic stop in the 2000 block of 171st Place NE resulted in a female going to jail on a warrant and receiving another ticket for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
2:41 p.m.: Two people were trespassed from another person’s home in the 500 block of N. High Street.
3:57 p.m.: Traffic stop in the 17000 block of 59th Avenue NE yielded a driving while license was suspended ticket and a no insurance ticket.
3:59 p.m.: A traffic stop at the intersection of Maple and S. Mcleod Avenue resulted in a male going to jail for a warrant, driving while license was suspended, no insurance and defective brake lights.
5:07 p.m.: One vehicle rear-ended another at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 because the driver wasn’t paying attention.
8:17 p.m.: A juvenile male kicked and broke the Community Transit bus shelter in the 600 block of N. Broadway. Police located him and they fixed it.

Aug. 23

12:04 a.m.: An officer located some skateboards in the 7400 block of 204th Street NE that were left after some juveniles ran when they saw the police.
1:33 a.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
10:03 a.m.: A car was impounded for abandonment in the 8000 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
12:04 p.m.: A traffic stop at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 25th Avenue NE yielded a fail to transfer registration and driving with no insurance tickets.
9:30 p.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 1000 block of Robinhood Drive.
11:28 p.m.: A man reported his girlfriend as missing when she jumped out of the car on the way to the hospital for a mental evaluation. Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

Aug. 22
12:01 a.m.: An adult male was booked into jail for driving under the influence at the intersection of Cemetary Road and High Clover Boulvard.
3:07 a.m.: A male customer came into a convenience store in the 500 block of N. West Avenue and attempted to purchase some beer after hours. The clerk told him it was too late to buy it so he ran out of the door with it.
5:08 a.m.: A male tried to purchase alcohol too early in the morning in the 2200 block of State Route 530 and was denied. He then proceeded to walk out of the store with it.
12:51 p.m.: A man reported a woman had overdosed on pills to committ suicide in the 3600 block of 184th Place NE. She was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
1:13 p.m.: One driver hit another unoccupied vehicle while trying to manuever in a cul-de-sac in the 1000 block of Robinhood Drive.
6:24 p.m.: A traffic stop in the 7400 block of 204th Street yielded a driving while license was suspended ticket and the driver going to jail on warrants.
8:47 p.m.: A father called police to report his son and step-daughter were in a physical dispute in the 20200 block of 67th Avenue NE.
11:14 p.m.: A driver lost control of his vehicle and left it in the ditch after hitting a sign in the 20500 block of Burn Road.

Aug. 21

8:06 a.m.: Someone broke into a local restaurant in the 21100 block of 67th Avenue NE and stole a flat screen TV and $400.
4:52 p.m.: Someone threw a rock through the sliding glass door of a residence in the 3200 block of 182nd Street NE.
9:15 p.m.: A traffic stop in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE, resulted in a male going to jail for a warrant and getting a driving while license was suspended ticket.

Aug. 20

4:59 p.m.: At the intersection of 211th Place NE and 67th Avenue NE a male driver was issued a ticket for driving while license was suspended and for speeding.
5:53 p.m: A male called to report his terminally ill wife tried to commit suicide in the 7400 block of Eaglefield Drive.

Aug. 19

10:10 p.m.: A minor female was cited at the intersection of 204th Street NE and Olympic Place for reckless driving after spinning her tires and making blind turns at a high rate of speed.

Aug. 18

3:35 a.m.: A male was booked into jail for driving while license was suspended, no liability insurance and expired license tabs in the 8300 block of Putters Court.

5:47 p.m.: A man exposed himself at a window while he was being sexually explicit in the 100 block of E. Gilman Avenue.

Aug. 16
12:14 a.m.: A male driver was booked into jail from southbound I-5 at 116th Street NE, for driving under the influence of alcohol, having a suspended license and an outstanding warrant.
12:52 a.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 20600 block of Anna Lane.
8:42 p.m.: A man was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
9:11 p.m.: A female juvenile ran away from home from the 19300 block of 46th Drive NE.
10:34 p.m.: In the 2200 block of State Route 530, a business employee reported three teenage males having dinner and then fleeing in a vehicle without paying.
10:56 p.m.: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and failure to transfer title in the 3400 block of 172nd Street NE.

Aug. 15

12:30 a.m.: During a traffic stop, the K-9 unit was deployed at the intersection of W. Third Street and N. West Avenue. Negative results were found.
8:46 a.m.: A woman found her vehicle damaged from a hit-and-run driver in the 19200 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
12:13 p.m.: A male was trespassed from Alfy’s Pizza in the 3400 block of 173rd Place NE.
12:50 p.m.: A man was charged with theft after taking candy and soap from a store in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
6:35 p.m.: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE.

Aug. 14

1:32 a.m.: A male was booked into jail from the intersection of E. Fifth Street and N. French Avenue for warrants, making false statements, no valid license and for not having insurance.
8:12 a.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 20100 block of 67th Avenue NE.
4:49 p.m.: A traffic stop at the intersection of Lebanon Street and S. West Avenue, yielded a driving while license was suspended and a fail to yield the right-of-way ticket.
9:38 p.m.: An employee found a knife in a garbage can in the 100 block of S. Olympic Avenue and called the police.

Aug. 13

3:57 p.m.: Mail was recovered in a stolen vehicle that had been taken earlier in the day from the 20900 block of 66th Avenue NE.
6:58 p.m.: A neighbor found the other neighbor’s mail in the back of his pick up in the 20300 block of 79th Drive NE.
10:03 p.m.: Two juveniles were seen leaving the store with two cases of beer in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.

Aug. 12
2:08 a.m.: In the 8500 block of 212th Street NE, four juveniles were cited and released for minor in possession of alcohol.
8:04 a.m.: A vehicle was found broken into and an iPod and in-dash CD player were taken from the 19200 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
8:24 a.m.: A male last saw his car in the parking lot. It was recovered five days later from the 500 block of N. McLeod Avenue.
11:27 a.m.: A woman filed a report of stolen mail after she was notified her mail was located in a stolen vehicle in the 6500 block of 211th Place NE.
12:10 p.m.: A man reported his vehicle stolen from a parking lot in the 20500 block of Olympic Place. It was recovered two days later.
12:10 p.m.: A man was attacked and bitten by a dog in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
12:35 p.m.: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 400 block of E. Burke Avenue.
11:51 p.m.: Charges of marijuana from the 300 block of S. Hazel are being referred to the juvenile prosecutors.

Aug. 11

2:27 a.m.: Someone drove a car into a fence and fled the scene in the 20600 block of 65th Drive NE. The car was impounded. A full case report was taken.
6:23 a.m.: Two vehicles were broken into during the night and numerous items were taken from the 17700 block of 31st Drive NE.
11:34 a.m.: Someone had put spray glue on the side of a real estate office in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and then tried to light it on fire causing $100 in damage.
2:59 p.m.: A community transit vanpool had gas syphoned from the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
4:14 p.m.: An officer took an informational report and referred it to adult protective services in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
6:59 p.m.: A van was left unlocked and a purse was stolen from the 400 block of E. Gilman Avenue.
8:25 p.m.: A juvenile female was reported as a runaway from the 19200 block of 46th Drive NE.
8:43 p.m.: An officer responded to a burglary and took an informational report in the 200 block of N. Stillaguamish Avenue.
11:37 p.m.: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended in the 7700 block of E. Country Club Drive.

Aug. 10
8:29 a.m.: The school reported someone damaged some plants and a door to a building in the 600 block of E. First Street.
8:31:29 a.m.: Someone pulled up a handicap sign with the cement still attached at the bottom and left it lying in the parking lot in the 1200 block of E Fifth Street.
8:31:46 a.m.: Someone tipped over and drug a port-o-potty around the baseball field in the 1200 block of E Fifth Street.
4:15 p.m.: The driver of a pickup truck made a left-hand turn in front of oncoming traffic and caused a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9.
4:47 p.m.: Officers responded to a call about a 13-year-old male assaulting his care giver in the 19900 block of 51st Drive NE. The case is being forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor.

Aug. 9
4:31 a.m.: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended second-degree and operating a vehicle without the ignition interlock in the 500 block of N. West Avenue.
9:47 a.m.: A 62-year-old female was found deceased by her daughter in the 400 block of S. Dunham Avenue.
12:36 p.m.: A driver was issued a ticket for following too closely and causing a traffic accident at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 59th Avenue NE.
2:01 p.m.: A 40-year-old female reported a possible assault by a 52-year-old man in the 17500 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
10:38 p.m.: A male was issued a citation in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.

Aug. 8
2:46 a.m.: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended, no insurance and driving without headlights at the intersection of Harvey Creek and State Route 9.
6:28 a.m.: A quad was stolen and sold in the 3600 block of 178th Place NE. The man who bought the quad found out it was stolen and contacted the owner to return it.
8:36 a.m.: A vehicle was left unlocked and sunglasses valued at $300 were stolen from the 16500 block of 41st Drive NE.
2:43 p.m.: Someone found a bicycle from the 18000 block of W Country Club Drive and turned it into the police department.
2:57 p.m.: A 20-month-old was found wandering in the street and returned home in the 17500 block of 74th Drive NE to a dad that had fallen asleep.
5:23 p.m.: A man reported his truck stolen from the 500 block of E. Second Street, then realized his friend had borrowed it so police cancelled the stolen vehicle report.
6:08 p.m.: A male was given a criminal citation for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of 211 Place NE and 67th Avenue NE.

Aug. 7
9:57 a.m.: A forgery occurred when a credit card number was used without the owner’s permission in the 17800 block of Hillside Court.
10:25 p.m.: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance at the intersection of Eaglefield Drive and State Route 9.

Aug. 6
9:30 a.m.: A female was trespassed from 7-Eleven in the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
11:22 a.m.: A man robbed a money store at gunpoint in the 3400 block of 172nd Street NE.
5:26 p.m.: In the 17400 block of 74th Drive NE, someone threw an object through the windshield of a truck and caused $250 worth of damage.
5:54 p.m.: Three juvenile males were questioned about a suspicious fire in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
8:50 p.m.: A man was cited in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE for violation of occupational drivers license restrictions.
9:16 p.m.: Arlington assisted the sheriff’s office with an incident in the 2900 block of State Route 9.

Aug. 5
11:55 a.m.: A female was contacted in reference to her relatives believing that she was suicidal and had overdosed on prescription medication in the 4000 block of 168th Street NE. It was determined that she was not suicidal at this time.
