March 28
2:05 a.m. Burglary: Police responded to a burglary in the 100 block of N. Dunham Avenue. Nothing appeared to be missing.

March 24
5:51 a.m. Accident: A driver’s boot got stuck on the gas and brake pedals at the intersection of W. Burke Avenue and State Route 9 NE. He was unable to stop before colliding with the vehicle in front of him.

March 20
4:06 p.m. Accident: A driver lost control of his vehicle in the 6300 block of 172nd Street NE and struck a dumpster and a pole.
8:51 p.m. Accident: A driver crossed the center line and caused a collision at the intersection of 67th Avenue NE and Lebanon Street.

March 19
2:38 p.m. Accident: A vehicle was damaged while parked in a parking lot in the 2200 block of State Route 530.

March 18
5:50 p.m. Accident: A driver was traveling too fast for conditions and was unable to stop in time in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE and rear-ended the vehicle in front of him.

March 15
3:47 p.m. Accident: An owner left his vehicle parked in the 200 block of E. Division Street while he went to work. Upon arriving back at his vehicle, he observed the driver’s side mirror was damaged.

March 14
12:14 a.m. Accident: A driver hit a parked car in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE, then left the scene. Police were able to locate the hit-and-run driver. He was booked into the Marysville jail.
7:25 p.m. Accident: A vehicle that was stopped in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE waiting to enter into traffic was struck by another vehicle. The suspect vehicle fled the scene and was not identified.
8:53 p.m. K-9 Assist: Arlington K-9 unit assisted the Granite Falls police department in the 9600 block of Jordan Road.

March 13
11:50 a.m. Accident: A driver failed to stop at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE and hit the car in front of her.
4:25 p.m. Accident: A driver rear-ended the vehicle in front of him at the intersection of Highland Drive and State Route 9.
9:21 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 20600 block of 67th Avenue for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.

March 12
1:52 a.m. DUI: A male was booked into jail from the intersection of 236th Street NE and the I-5 overpass for driving under the influence of alcohol.
10:32 a.m. Accident: A driver was sitting in the drive through in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE waiting for her food and the vehicle behind her moved forward and collided into her vehicle.
5:05 p.m. Shoplifting: A juvenile male shoplifted from the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE. The case is being referred to the juvenile prosecutor.

March 10
12:55 p.m. Accident: A driver made a left turn in front of oncoming traffic at the intersection of E. Maple Street and S. Olympic Avenue and caused a collision.

March 9
2:24 a.m. Traffic: A female driver was arrested at the intersection of W. Burke Avenue and State Route 9 for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to transfer vehicle title registration and driving with license suspended.

March 9
1:08 a.m. Warrant: A male was transported to jail from the 3600 block of 168th Street NE for outstanding warrants.

March 8
7:01 a.m. Vehicle: A box was stolen in Arlington from the 19200 block of 63rd Avenue and recovered in Everett, four days later with a punched ignition.
7:40 a.m. Theft: Wire and other junk metal was stolen from a recycler in the 18900 block of 66th Avenue NE.
8:58 a.m. Vandalism: A window was broken at a car wash in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
11:16 a.m. Domestic: Police were called to a verbal domestic dispute in the 1000 block of Wesley Street. The female was concerned that her husband would harm himself.
12:01 p.m. Vandalism: Graffiti was spray painted at a structure in the 5900 block of 188th Street NE.
4:30 p.m. Domestic: Police were called to a possible domestic violence call in the 6800 block of 188th Street NE. A neighbor had heard lots of yelling.
6:45 p.m. Warrant: A female was booked into jail from the 6500 block of 210th Street NE for an outstanding warrant. She was also in violation of a no contact order.

March 7
12:13 a.m. Violation: A father facilitated a party in the 6200 block of 188th Street NE where alcohol and marijuana were being consumed by minors.
3:11 a.m. Suicide: A female was feeling suicidal in the 20500 block of Olympic Place and wanted to check herself into the hospital for help.
9:25 a.m. Domestic: A brother reported her brother punched her in the face while driving him home from work in the 20600 block of 61st Avenue NE. He was arrested for domestic violence.
7:57 p.m. Theft: A vehicle was broken into in a parking lot in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE. The ignition was tampered with but nothing was taken.
11:43 p.m. Vandalism: A trucks tire was slashed in the 17700 block of W. Country Club Drive and the air was let out of another tire while parked at a residence.

March 6
1:55 p.m. Accident: A vehicle rear-ended another vehicle at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9.
2:19 p.m. Vandalism: The bolts to a gate had been cut and the gate was open at a local recycling center in the 18900 block of 66th Avenue NE. No items were missing but a forklift belonging to a neighboring business had been moved into their yard.
3:59 p.m. Harassment: A man filed an informational report about a co-worker who made threats against him and his wife in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

March 5
4:31 p.m. Accident: A motorcycle and a car had a head-on collision in a parking lot in the 3000 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. There were no injuries.

March 4
8:50 p.m. Burglary: Three juvenile males prowled several vehicles and a bus in the 17600 block of 51st Avenue NE. Charges were forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor.

March 7
12:34 p.m. Property: A wallet was found in Arlington in the 100 block of E. Third Street. Numerous attempts have been made to contact the owner.
6:13 p.m. Property: An identification card was found in the 100 block of E. Highland Drive. Numerous attempts to locate the owner have been made.

March 6

3:23 p.m. Property: A backpack containing burglary tools was found in the 7800 block of Jensen Farm Lane.

March 5

10:06 p.m. Traffic: A driver was cited in the 5200 block of 172nd Street for failure to transfer vehicle registration within 45 days.
10:11 p.m. DUI: A male was arrested for DUI in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE and booked into the Marysville Jail.

March 4

8:54 a.m. Theft: A painting was stolen from the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
10:19 a.m. Vandalism: A transit bus was vandalized in the 18500 block of 59th Avenue NE and items were stolen. The estimated damage is $3,500.

March 3

10:24 a.m. Accident: A driver hit a PUD pole at the intersection of Smokey Point Boulevard and Smokey Point Drive.
2:49 p.m. Vehicle Recovery: Arlington police recovered a stolen vehicle in the 18500 block of 35th Avenue NE.
3:08 p.m. Theft: An iPod was stolen in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
10:08 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile ran away from the 500 block of E. Highland Drive.

March 2

8:35 a.m. Domestic Dispute: Officers responded to the 3900 block of Totem Park Lane to a verbal domestic dispute.
9:25 a.m. Accident: A truck was parked in the 3700 block of 172nd Street NE. When the owner returned to her car, the side of the truck had been damaged and the side mirror was broken.
11:23 a.m. Traffic: A driver drove past a school bus in the 6200 block of 200th Place NE while the red lights were flashing and the stop paddle was out. The driver was mailed a ticket.
5:27 p.m. Property: An airsoft target was found in the 3000 block of 188th Street NE.
6:02 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 43rd Avenue NE for operating a vehicle without his required ignition interlock.
8:31 p.m. Domestic Violence: A 43-year-old female was arrested for assault for domestic violence in the 19700 block of 49th Avenue NE for assaulting her boyfriend and his mother.
9:48 p.m. Traffic: A driver was given a criminal citation at the intersection of E. Third Street and N. McLeod Avenue for failing to transfer the vehicle registration within 45 days of sale.
11:34 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile ran away from home from the 3000 block of 184th Place NE. She returned home two weeks later.

March 1

12:38 a.m. Runaway: Three juveniles that had run away from home in Bellingham were located in Arlington in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue.
7:24 a.m. Burglary: A business in the 7200 block of 201st Street NE was burglarized and numerous tool boxes were stolen along with tools and a computer.
10:05 a.m. Runaway: A juvenile ran away from a group home in the 500 block of E. Highland Drive.
1:11 p.m. Property: A black wallet was found in the 20500 block of Olympic Place. The owner was located and picked up the wallet.
10:56 a.m. Traffic: A driver was cited for operating a vehicle with cancelled plates at the intersection of I-5 and Exit 206.

February 28
12:22 a.m. Alarm: Police responded to an interrupted burglary in progress in the 2800 block of 178th Place NE. Police located the suspect and took him into custody.

February 27
12:12 a.m. Traffic: A female was given a criminal citation at the intersection of Schloman Road and State Route 9 for driving with cancelled license plates.
8:29 p.m. Accident: Police were called to assist a deer that had been struck by a vehicle at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 43rd Avenue NE.
9:57 p.m. Warrant: Police arrested a man in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
10:10 p.m. Information: The Arlington narcotic detection dog assisted police in the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE.

February 25
11:35 a.m. Accident: A school bus driver stopped at the railroad tracks in the 200 block of Lebanon Street and the vehicle behind her failed to stop in time and collided into the back of the bus. There were no students on the bus at the time.

February 24
7:29 a.m. Theft: A vehicle that was parked in the 18300 block of Champions Drive had the drivers side window smashed.
10:17 a.m. Fraud: Someone used a debit card in the 20500 block of Olympic Place that did not belong to them and purchased items valued at $261.12.
2:53 p.m. Accident: A vehicle was damaged while parked in a parking lot in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
3:36 p.m. Accident: A driver was speeding and failed to stop in time at the intersection of 177th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard and collided into the rear of another vehicle which propelled into the vehicle in front of them.
3:40 p.m. Theft: A male and female came into a store in the 100 block of N. Olympic Avenue acting suspicious. A set of keys were missing after the couple left.
11:53 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile female ran away from home from the 100 block of N. McLeod Avenue. She was located the next day.

February 23
2:01 p.m. DUI: A driver was cited for negligent driving and no proof of insurance in the 300 block of N. West Avenue.
3:12 p.m. Graffiti: A tree was tagged with spray paint in the 20700 block of 67th Avenue NE.
4:41 p.m. Theft: Wire was stolen from an industrial center in the 19100 block of 62nd Avenue NE.
10:12 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: An intoxicated female was inside a store in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE theatening the employees. The female was arrested for disorderly conduct.

February 22
1:39 a.m. Disturbance: Police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 100 block of N. Gifford Avenue. The female at the residence stated that she wanted to go to the hospital because she was suicidal.
9:44 a.m. Vehicle Recovery: A vehicle stolen in Tulalip was recovered in Arlington in the 18200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

February 21
10:07 a.m. Theft: A man set his Sony reader book down while at a fast food restaurant in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE and someone took it and fled the location.
10:42 a.m. Theft: A driver pumped gas in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE, then left without paying.
12:19 p.m. Leash Law Violation: Police received two complaints in one day about two aggressive dogs running loose in the neighborhood in the 19300 block of 45th Drive NE. The owner of the dogs was issued a ticket for violation of the leash law.
4:30 p.m. Burglary: A roommate went to a home she had been evicted from in the 18400 block of Woodbine Drive and took items from the garage.
9:04 p.m. Assault: Police transported a female at the intersection of 175th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard that was possible suicidal to the hospital.

February 20
1:32 a.m. Fraud: A male was suspected of passing a forged twenty dollar bill in the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
7:42 p.m. Fraud: A male attempted to purchase cigarettes with a forged twenty dollar bill in the 21100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

February 22
7:16 a.m. Theft: A dump truck was stolen from a parking lot in the 6900 block of 204th Street NE.

February 20
9:14 a.m. Vehicle Recovery: Arlington Police recovered a truck in the 6000 block of 199th Street NE stolen out of Everett.
12:30 p.m. Burglary: Someone went into a residence in the 700 block of E. First Street through the garage and took items valued at greater than $630.
6:34 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: Police arrested a man for disorderly conduct and obstruction of a police officer in the 400 block of Fir Lane.
8:08 p.m. Assault: A male pushed his girlfriend in the 1000 block of Wesley Street and broke several household items. He left the home before police arrived. A criminal citation was mailed to him.

February 19
8:19 a.m. Traffic: A vehicle ran a school bus stop paddle and flashing red lights in the 6000 block of Cemetery Road.
1:31 p.m. Accident: A female drove into a parked car and a motorcycle in a local business parking lot in the 3100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. She was transported, booked and processed into the Marysville jail for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
2:57 p.m. Burglary: A male reported that his garage was burglarized in the 3600 block of 176th Place NE. Two motor heads were stolen.

February 18
1:53 p.m. Abandoned vehicle: An abandoned vehicle was towed and impounded in the 3400 block of 180th Street NE.
3:52 p.m. Theft: A UPS package was stolen off a porch in the 17300 block of Ironwood Street.
7:46 p.m. Theft: A cell phone was stolen from the boys locker room in the 600 block of E. First Street at a wrestling match.

February 17
6:02 a.m.  Vehicle Theft: A driver left their vehicle running to warm it up and went back in the apartment in the 500 block of N. McLeod Avenue. When she returned, the vehicle was gone. It was recovered later in the day out in the county.
11:06 a.m.  Burglary: Phone cables were stolen from a recycler in the 18900 block of 66th Avenue NE.
11:22 a.m.  Theft: A vehicle was broken into in the 3100 block of Smokey Point Drive.
1:10 P.m.  Theft: Police are investigating the theft of material from a machine shop in the 19100 block of 59th Drive NE.
1:26 P.m.  Accident: Two vehicles attempted to make a right turn at the same time and collided at the intersection of W. Fifth Street and N. West Avenue.

February 16
12:43 a.m. Citation: A female was cited for leaving a vehicle unattended on the highway in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
7:55 a.m. Assault: A report of an assault was taken at the high school in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard. Assault for charges are being forwarded to the juvenile prosecutor.
12:31 p.m. Theft: Cash, software and a pocket knife were stolen from an apartment building in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.
3 p.m. Theft: A vehicles window was smashed and a purse was stolen from the vehicle in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE.
3 p.m. Accident: A driver stated her vehicle accelerated for an unknown reason, causing it to jump the curb and collide into a credit union building in the 3700 block of 168th Street NE.
3:32 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 18900 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard for driving with expired license tabs, no insurance and failing to transfer vehicle title within 45 days.

February 15
8:56 a.m. Assault: A male assaulted two people in the 2200 block of State Route 530 NE then barricaded himself in his vehicle. He was tased and taken into custody.
9:35 a.m. Burglary: Police took a report of a theft of a special design work truck valued at $45,000 as well as various fishing and other items valued at approximately $5,000. The theft occurred at a secured storage shed at a local business in the 6800 block of 199th Place NE. The truck was recovered the next day but the other items are still missing.
10:29 a.m. Theft: A business had four power cords stolen from the 20000 block of 67th Avenue NE.
6:37 p.m. Traffic: A male was served a criminal citation in the 21200 block of 67th Avenue NE for failure to transfer vehicle title within 45 days.

10:10 a.m. Vehicle Theft: In the 16700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, a truck was stolen from a hotel parking lot.

February 4
12:12 p.m. Theft: A vehicle was left unlocked in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE and a gun was stolen from inside.

January 29
4:54 p.m. Property: Mail was opened in error in the 3600 block of 168th Street NE then delivered to the proper location.
6:51 p.m. Violation: A male was given a criminal citation in the 200 block of E. Highland Drive for violation of a court order.
7:20 p.m. Traffic: A driver was cited at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE, for driving while license was suspended and driving without liability insurance.
9:25 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile male was reported in the 7900 block of 200th Street NE as a runway. He was located and returned home.

January 28
1:08 a.m. Traffic: A male was taken to jail for driving while license was suspended in the first degree at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9.
2:35 a.m. DUI: A male was booked into jail for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was also cited for improper lane travel and failure to signal turns at the intersection of 174th Place NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
2:56 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended at the intersection of E. First Street and N. McLeod Avenue. He also had no insurance and a defective tail lamp.

January 27
6:21 p.m. Substance Found: A bag of marijuana was found in a parking lot in the 200 block of W. Division Street.
7:36 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from the front of an apartment building in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE.

January 26
12:35 a.m. Trespassing: A male was served trespass papers from a 7-Eleven in the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
10:29 a.m. Property: A male driver was stopped at the intersection of Eaglefield Drive and State Route 9 for having an obstructed license plate. He had a status of suspended. A stolen boat motor was in the back of the pickup.
3:16 p.m. Canine Deployed: The Arlington narcotic detection dog was used to check a car at the impound lot in the 19100 block of 63rd Avenue NE.
9:10 p.m. Traffic: A male driver was cited for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance in the 20700 block of Burn Road.
9:13 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance in the 5200 block of 172nd Street NE.
9:40 a.m. Traffic: Police conducted a traffic stop in the 3100 block of State Route 530. The driver was placed under arrest for driving under the influence and his vehicle was impounded pending a search warrant.

January 25
1:53 a.m. Vandalism: Windows were smashed on a car while parked in a parking lot in the 2200 block of State Route 530 NE.
9:39 a.m. Theft: Construction tools were stolen during Cascade Valley Hospital’s open house in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue.
1:28 p.m. Theft: An iPod was stolen from the boys locker room in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
1:31 p.m. Property Found: At the intersection of 172nd Place NE and 80th Drive NE, a license plate was found lying on the street.
2:11 p.m. Theft: Jewelry was stolen out of a vehicle in the 4000 block of Totem Park Lane.
2:36 p.m. Domestic: Police responded to the 3500 block of 168th Street NE to a verbal domestic dispute.
2:44 p.m. Accident: A driver reported that a semi-truck backed into his car in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE then left the scene.
8:29 p.m. Trespassing: A male was booked into jail for criminal trespassing in the 20600 block of Anna Lane.
8:31 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen from the front of a building in the 20500 block of Olympic Place.
8:52 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 20500 block of Olympic Place for an outstanding warrant.
8:57 p.m. Theft: A Honda was stolen from the 400 block of E. Fifth Street.

January 24
2:11 p.m. Abandoned: In the 20700 block of Lois Lane, a gas-powered mini-bike was found.
9:20 p.m. Traffic: A driver was cited for driving while license was suspended and no liability insurance at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 27th Avenue NE.

January 23
5:47 a.m. Assault: In the 300 block of S. Olympic Avenue, a male called to report he was assaulted in his home. He decided to not pursue charges.
8:45 a.m. Traffic: In the 4000 block of 172nd Street NE, a male was cited for driving while license was suspended.

January 22
4:08 p.m. Burglary: A residence was broken into and tools were stolen from the 16400 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

January 21
8:45 a.m. Accident: A female was cited for failing to yield the right-of-way and causing a collision at the intersection of 35th Avenue NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:45 a.m. Theft: An iPod nano was stolen out of a backpack in the girls locker room in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
9:14 a.m. Property: A mens Pacific Vortex bike was found in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
11:16 a.m. Theft: A truck was broken into in the 8500 block of 212th Street NE. Nothing was missing.
12:35 p.m. CPS: Arlington police received an informational referral from CPS. Reported in the 100 block of E. Third Street.

January 19
12:55 a.m. Citation: A male was cited in the 5100 block of Cemetery Road for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while license was suspended.
2:51 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: An officer contacted a male after finding his car window had been broken while it was parked at the intersection of Highland Drive and S. Stillaguamish Avenue. Nothing seemed to be missing.
3:04 p.m. Grafitti: In the 16800 block of 41st Drive NE, a man noticed grafitti on his fence and a sign while he was out walking.
3:30 p.m. Theft: A license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 6700 block of Upland Drive while it was parked in the driveway.
5:41 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: Someone stole an iPod connector from an unlocked vehicle in the 7900 block of 200th Street NE.

January 18
12:08 a.m. Suicide Attempt: Police transported an adult male to the hospital for threatening to commit suicide in the 16800 block of 41st Drive NE. His gun was taken into police custody for safe keeping.
3:22 p.m. Citation: A male was given a criminal citation in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue for driving while license was suspended and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock.
4:15 p.m. Burglary: A female called and said her house was burglarized in the 17600 block of 80th Drive NE. A plasma television was stolen.
8:05 p.m. Harassment: A male threatened a friend over an ex-girlfriend in the 7800 block of Jensen Farm Lane.
8:21 p.m. Citation: A female was cited at the intersection of 197th Place NE and 49th Avenue NE for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
10:23 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 2200 block of State Route 530 for failure to transfer title within 45 days of purchase. He was also cited for not having proof of insurance and speeding.

January 17
12:26 p.m. Death: A 50-year-old female was found unconscious and determined deceased from the 21100 block of 81st Drive NE. The female had not been feeling well.
3:25 p.m. Traffic: A male was cited in the 3300 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended and for not having a motorcycle endorsement.
7:26 p.m. Theft: A male was issued a criminal citation for shoplifting in the 20500 block of Olympic Place and for possession of drug paraphernalia.
9:37 p.m. Death: Police responded to a call at a local hotel in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Drive. A male was found deceased in his room.

January 16
7:49 p.m. Theft: A car window was smashed while parked in a church parking lot in the 17700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:36 p.m. DUI: A male was booked into the Marysville jail from the intersection of Smokey Point Boulevard and State Route 530 for driving while intoxicated.
10:50 p.m. Papers Served:
A male was served no trespass papers in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE.

January 12
9:15 a.m. Fraud: A fraudulent use of a credit card was made in the 17900 block of 34th Drive NE by an unknown source.
5:10 p.m. Fraud: An ID theft report was taken in the 100 block of E. Third Street when an unknown suspect made several charges on an account that was not authorized.

11:54 a.m. Domestic Violence: Arlington Police responded to a physical domestic call involving a weapon in the 300 block of S. French Avenue. A male suspect was taken into custody with the assistance of the Snohomish County sheriff’s office.

January 8
4:59 p.m. Accident: Two vehicles collided in a roundabout at the intersection of State Route 530 and State Route 9.

January 6
9:04 a.m. Theft: Two vehicles were broken into in the 20600 block of Anna Lane. A stereo faceplate and remote were stolen.
10:33 a.m. Theft: A truck was broken into and the stereo faceplate was taken in the 800 block of Portage Street.
11:07 a.m. Harassment: A female was receiving harassing phone calls and text messages in the 18200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
2:05 p.m. Accident: A driver made a left turn in front of oncoming traffic at the intersection of 27th Avenue and State Route 530 and caused a collision. The driver of the vehicle was cited for failing to yield to oncoming traffic and no liability insurance.
2:42 p.m. Assault: A juvenile male slapped a female in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard. Charges are being filed with the juvenile prosecutor.
2:46 p.m. Trespassing: A female was served trespass orders in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard that forbid her to be within a two-block radius of Arlington High School.
2:53 p.m. Theft: An iPod was stolen from the girls locker room at Arlington High School in the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard.
3:44 p.m. Domestic Violence: Police were called to the 18800 block of Crown Ridge Boulevard to a verbal domestic dispute.
5:57 p.m. Fraud: A 31-year-old male was booked into the Marysville jail for theft in the 19400 block of 45th Drive NE.

January 5
12:12 a.m. Traffic: A male was arrested in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE for driving while license was suspended.
1:08 a.m. Traffic: A driver was cited for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance in the 500 block of N. West Avenue.
11:08 a.m. Property: A black wallet was found in the 400 block of S. French Avenue.
2:13 p.m. Runaway: A juvenile male was reported as a runaway in the 20100 block of 44th Drive NE. He was located and returned home the next day.
2:25 p.m. Vandalism: At the intersection of 188th Street NE and 59th Avenue NE, two portable light towers were damaged and batteries and cables valued at $500 were stolen.
2:59 p.m. Fraud: A fraudulent $50 bill was used in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.
3:02 p.m. Traffic: Arlington School District reported a vehicle that had driven right through a stop paddle at the intersection of Broadway Street and E. Burke Avenue.
4:20 p.m. Traffic: A male was issued a criminal citation at the intersection of W. Third Street and N. West Avenue for driving while license was suspended.
4:59 p.m. Accident: In the 21000 block of 67th Drive NE, a vehicle rear-ended the vehicle in front of it.

January 4
6:57 a.m. Accident: A male driver at the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9, struck a power pole.
9:33 a.m. Burglary: A business reported a burglary in the 19000 block of 59th Drive NE. Someone entered the business and stole $744.
10:36 a.m. Vehicle Theft: An older Toyota pickup was stolen from a residence in the 3300 block of 177th Place NE.
11:53 a.m. Fraud: In the 18400 block of Ballantrae Drive, information from a male was used to open up an account and over $800 worth of merchandise was purchased in his name.
12:18 p.m. Vandalism: A male thought another male had intentionally damaged his residence in the 18100 block of Vineway Place in retaliation for being evicted.
12:52 p.m. Theft: A vehicle was ransacked during the night in the 18700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. The only thing taken was a bottle of Tylenol.
5:42 p.m. Traffic: A male was arrested in the 3600 block of 188th Street NE for driving while license was suspended, making false statements, no insurance and for not having a required interlock.
11:08 p.m. Theft: A large sum of money was stolen from the 3500 block of 168th Street NE.

January 3
7:50 a.m. Vandalism: In the 20300 block of 67th Avenue NE, headstones were turned over at the Arlington Cemetery.
10:35 a.m. Burglary: A car dealership had five vehicles and three secured areas broken into in the 16600 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. Numerous tools and equipment were stolen.
12:16 p.m. Missing person: An adult male was reported missing from the 18900 block of 43rd Drive NE. He was later located on a bus, confused and upset. He was returned home by police.
12:51 p.m. Domestic Violence: A juvenile male was arrested for assaulting his parent in the 20700 block of Olympic Place.
5:38 p.m. Accident: A driver failed to stop at an intersection in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and caused a three-car collision.
8:04 p.m. Theft: A female left a restaurant in the 200 block of W. Division Street without paying her bill.

January 2
9:59 a.m. Disturbed Person: Police transported a suicidal female from the 100 block of E. Third Street to the hospital.
12:24 p.m. Property: A boys bicycle was found in the 5400 block of Cemetery Road near Portage Creek nature trail.
8:23 p.m. Assault: A 16-year-old juvenile reported that she was assaulted by another juvenile female in the 7600 block of E. Country Club Drive.
9:03 p.m. Violation: Police booked a male into jail from the 17300 block of Smokey Point Drive for violation of a protection order.

January 1
1:41 a.m. Disturbance: Police are investigating an assault that occurred in the 7600 block of E. Country Club Drive.
3:09 a.m. DUI: Two juvenile males were arrested for minor in possession of alcohol in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE. One was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
9:20 a.m. Theft: A car stereo was stolen out of a pickup in the 3100 block of 179th Street NE.
2:54 p.m. Vandalism: A truck window was shot out by a pellet gun in the 20300 block of 77th Avenue NE.
5:34 p.m. Death: Police were called to the 18800 block of Iris Court to a death of a 32-year-old male.

1:46 p.m. Theft: A GPS was stolen out of vehicle in the 17500 block of 38th Drive NE.

December 31
1:03 a.m. Traffic Violation: A male was arrested at the intersection of 212th Street NE and Pioneer Highway for making false statements to an officer and for driving while license was suspended.
8:32 a.m. Traffic Violation: A male was booked into jail from the intersection of 188th Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard for traffic violations.
3:59 p.m. Accident: A driver was cited for following too closely and caused an accident at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 74th Avenue NE. The driver of the other vehicle was cited for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
8:19 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the 20500 block of Olympic Place for an outstanding warrant.
9:43 p.m. Suicide Attempt: Police responded to a suicide attempt in the 100 block of N. McLeod Avenue.

December 30
12:45 p.m. Accident: A car failed to yield the right-of-way and struck a truck at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 51st Avenue NE.
2:36 p.m. Vandalism: A juvenile female spray painted a bench at the skate park in the 18500 block of 59th Avenue NE. The case is being referred to the juvenile prosecutor.

December 29
12:57 p.m. Theft: Two males stole a fuel transfer pump valued at $500 in the 200 block of S. West Avenue.
2:58 p.m. Theft: A female reported her wallet stolen in the 8400 block of 207th Place NE.
3:38 p.m. Burglary: The back door of a residence in the 20600 block of 61st Avenue NE was possibly left unlocked and several rings were taken from a box that was inside a bedroom.
3:44 p.m. Property: A bicycle was found in a ditch at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and 43rd Avenue NE.

December 28
10:34 a.m. Vandalism: Someone threw a can of oil at a local business in the 17500 block of 59th Avenue NE and cracked one of the building windows.
1:57 p.m. Burglary: Someone broke into a temporary fenced area in the 18800 block of 59th Drive NE and stole a service truck full of merchandise worth $15,820.
11:07 p.m. Theft: A female reported that her passport and social security card were stolen from a hotel room in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Drive.

December 27
12:11 a.m. Disturbance: Police responded to a family disturbance in the 17700 block of 83rd Drive NE. No charges were filed.
12:40 p.m. Theft: License tabs were stolen off a truck in the 2200 block of State Route 530.
2:43 p.m. Suicide Attempt: A woman was involuntarily committed to the hospital for evaluation after attempting to take her life in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue with an overdose of prescription medication and beer.

December 26
4:48 p.m. Theft: A male stole beer and cigarettes from a convenience store in the 2300 block of State Route 530 NE.
9:08 p.m. Missing Adult: A report was taken on a missing adult male from the 18900 block of 43rd Drive NE who later returned home.
9:47 p.m. Disturbance: A couple were arguing over drugs and alcohol in the 200 block of E. Highland Drive.
11:45 p.m. Assault: A female reported she was assaulted by her husband in the 5900 block of 206th Street NE.

December 25
1:12 a.m. Trespassing: Arlington officers assisted the sheriff’s office on a trespassing violation in the 3400 block of Stoluckquamish Lane.
11:49 a.m. Accident: A vehicle changing lanes in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard did not see the car next to her and caused a collision.

December 24
9:18 a.m. Burglary: In the 500 block of E. Third Street, an apartment door was kicked in and someone slept in the victims bed and stole food out of the refrigerator.
10:17 a.m. Theft: A male ran into a local electronic store in the 500 block of N. West Avenue. He grabbed two televisions in boxes and fled the store to a waiting van with driver.
1:01 p.m. Property: A bag containing miscellaneous handtools was found behind a bank in the 16400 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.

December 23
1:51 a.m. Warrant: A male was stopped in the 300 block of E. Burke Avenue for a traffic violation and had a warrant out for his arrest. He was transported to the Marysville jail.
2:48 a.m. Traffic: A female was cited at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and I-5 northbound onramp for driving while license was suspended and no liability insurance.
4:37 a.m. Disturbance: Police responded to a verbal argument at a local hotel in the 17300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:41 a.m. Theft: Someone broke into a work van in the 7400 block of 204th Street NE and took tools valued at $750.
9:02 a.m. Accident: A fence was struck and damaged by a vehicle in the 4600 block of 189th Street NE. The driver of the car agreed to pay for the costs to repair the fence. No charges were filed.
9:54 a.m. Burglary: A home was broken into and a purse containing several credit cards was stolen in the 18200 block of Woodbine Drive. They used the car keys in the purse to rummage through a van and attempted to take two built-in LCD screens.
1:02 p.m. Accident: A vehicle collided with a vehicle that was stopped in front of him in the 2900 block of 172nd Street NE and then left the scene without exchanging information.
1:38 p.m. Assault: Two elderly men got physical with each other after one accused the other of cutting in front of the line at a local bank in the 500 block of N. Olympic Avenue.
1:57 p.m. Accident: A vehicle struck another vehicle while making a legal U-turn at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
7:20 p.m. Traffic: A male was given a criminal citation in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard for driving without a valid drivers license.

December 22
12:06 a.m. Traffic: A juvenile female was cited for driving without a license and expired license tabs in the 16800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
12:24 a.m. Vandalism: In the 20000 block of 45th Drive NE, someone cut the fabric on an inflated Christmas yard decoration.
12:40 a.m. Vandalism: Three males admitted to slashing multiple inflatable Christmas decorations in the 4600 block of 200th Street NE. All three were given criminal citations.
8:18 a.m. Fraud: Checks were taken from the 18300 block of Smokey Point Boulevard and forged at various locations.
2:48 p.m. Theft: A bicycle was stolen off a second-floor balcony in the 20700 block of Olympic Place.

December 20
8:35 a.m. Trespassing: A juvenile male was served trespass paperwork in the 7600 block of 204th Street NE and advised he was not to come into the property owned by McChevron in Arlington. He then entered the store and was told to leave by employees. Charges for trespass second degree are being filed with the prosecutor’s office.

December 19
8:20 a.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited at the intersection of 204th Street NE and Keith Lane for driving while license was suspended and no insurance.
9:40 a.m. Harassment: In the 3100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, a male did not receive his refund from a local business and e-mailed the business multiple time requesting the money back. The business felt the e-mails were threatening.
3:11 p.m. Warrant: A male was booked into jail from the intersection of 204th Street NE and State Route 9 for outstanding warrants.
4:09 p.m. Substance Abuse: A male was issued a citation at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 67th Avenue NE for possession of marijuana, no valid drivers license, no insurance and expired license tabs.
4:37 p.m. Medical: Police took a suicidal male to Cascade Valley Hospital in the 1100 block of N. West Avenue for an involuntary commit. Prior to transport, a search of his person was conducted and a small bag of marijuana and a metal pipe was located.

December 18
10:15 p.m. Warrant: A male was cited in the 200 block of N. Olympic Avenue for driving while license was suspended and failure to transfer vehicle title. He was booked into jail for an outstanding warrant.

December 17
2:10 a.m. Traffic Violation: A female was driving with a suspended license in the 1200 block of Park Hill Drive. She was cited for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.
7:56 a.m. Vehicle Prowl: A female went inside the gym in the 3100 block of Smokey Point Drive and later returned to her car to find the window broke and her purse missing.
9:05 a.m. Assault: CPS reported a domestic violence assault in the 17600 block of 34th Avenue NE that occurred between a father and daughter.
1:58 p.m. Malicious Behavior: A car was egged in the 200 block of S. McLeod Avenue.
6:33 p.m. Theft: A cell phone was stolen from the 7600 block of 204th Street NE.

December 16
6:11 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: A male parked his car in a parking lot in the 3500 block of 172nd Street NE to ride in the van pool. When he got back from work he found his vehicle prowled and a stereo and iPod missing.
8:56 p.m. Suicide: In the 3400 block of 172nd Street NE, officers responded to an overdose call of over the counter medication.
10:54 p.m. Domestic Violence: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Drive.

December 15
6:30 a.m. Domestic Violence: Officers responded to a verbal dispute in the 4500 block of 192nd Place NE.
11:27 a.m. Shoplifting: A male was arrested for organized retail theft from Lowe’s in the 3300 block of 169th Place NE. Two other people have been referred to the prosecutor for charges.
2:47 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: A woman left her car unlocked with her purse inside while she ran into a store in the 17200 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. When she returned her purse was missing.
5:31 p.m. Accident: A driver was following too closely and struck the vehicle in front of her in the 2200 block of State Route 530.
11:10 p.m. Traffic: A 19-year-old male was issued a citation at the intersection of 204th Street NE and 65th Drive NE for violation of a trip permit after being stopped with an expired vehicle trip permit from Sept. 2009.

December 14
10:22 a.m. Death: In the 100 block of Haller Avenue, a 62-year-old male was determined deceased due to a medical condition.
11:14 a.m. Malicious Mischief: A malicious mischief case was taken when a juvenile male damaged a car bumper by kicking it as he was walking against a traffic light causing cars to stop at the intersection of 172nd Street NE and Smokey Point Boulevard.
11:34 a.m. Traffic Violation: In the 6000 block of Cemetery Road, a male was cited for passing a school bus with the paddle out and lights flashing.
12:39 p.m. Accident: A vehicle approaching a stop sign at the intersection of 47th Avenue NE and Cemetery Road, failed to stop in time and struck the vehicle in front of her.

December 13
3:57 a.m. Theft: A vehicle that was parked in a restaurant parking lot had the back window broken and a bag containing clothing was taken in the 2200 block of State Route 530.
4:18 a.m. Traffic Violation: A male was cited in the 300 block of S. Stillaguamish Avenue for driving while license was suspended and no proof of insurance.
7:46 a.m. Theft: Propane tanks were stolen from 7-Eleven in the 17100 block of Smokey Point Boulevard.
8:35 a.m. Traffic Violation: A female was cited for driving while license was suspended, expired tabs and no insurance in the 20100 block of 74th Avenue NE.

December 12
5:46 p.m. Domestic Disturbance: Police responded to the 8500 block of 212th Street NE to a domestic disturbance.
